Amazing support and quick answering of my setup questions and very quickly I had a very nice looking set of questions to add to one of my products. What I learnt was: - You can make one option set that contains several different option types, mine has radio buttons, a checklist and a text box which covers the different questions that I need to ask customers. All this with the free version. Thanks OPTIS

Absolutely outstanding experience! I needed a very specific custom setup for ordering prescription variations on my Shopify store, and the team went above and beyond to implement everything perfectly, without any extra charge, just the regular monthly subscription. What impressed me the most is that they completed the entire setup in just one day. Katlyn was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I’m truly impressed with their level of service and highly recommend this app to anyone looking for excellent functionality and outstanding support!

Amazing Support & Reliable App! I’ve been using OPTIS for my Shopify store and I can confidently say their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Even though I’m not very tech-savvy and my requests for product options were quite complicated, their team has been incredibly patient and supportive every step of the way. They made the whole process smooth and reassuring, always ready to help until everything worked perfectly. If you’re looking for an app with not just great functionality but also a team that truly cares, OPTIS is the one. Highly recommend! The nearly got 5 stars but once they've add on the extra extra feature that i need, i will give them a proper 5.

This app allowed us to finally get around the default 3 option set that shopify allows. A lot of really cool features and even some advanced features that you can ask to be installed by their developer. We've run into a challenges, each time the support team (Katlyn, Cherry, Lin, etc) have all been very quick and helpful getting it resolved. Communication was fast and easy!
