EDITED FROM 5 STAR THIS APP IS ONLY WORTH USING IF YOU UPGRADE TO THE SECOND LEVEL OF SUBSCRIPTION ($20) BASIC LOGIC IS LOCKED BEHIND IT. Works extremely well, it has every option you could imagine. Text boxes, Swatches, Tick boxes. The logic works perfectly. It may take a while to understand what each option does, but it's very simple when you do. The support is also exceptional, arguably the best I have ever used. They will add custom code if their display options aren't what you need. A big thanks to Haris.

Fantastic app, couldn't run the store without it now. Very helpful support that provide detailed screenshots and video of any problem resolutions.

This app is almost perfect! There are a few quirks that I wish could be done like I wish some listings wouldn't say $0.00 initially or show no price at all until an option is chosen, just little things like that, but overall I'd give this app a 4.7 star. The customer service is stellar and they respond so quickly and are so wonderful to work with. It's relatively easy to do on your own, once you get used to it. And what you can't figure out, you just reach out and they help you figure it out and VOILA! I would definitely recommend this app and it's been the best options app I've used and I've tried a handful. xo

Een erg fijne app om mee te werken. Wij gebruiken deze app om klanten custom tekst te laten opgeven om te laten drukken op kleding. Daarnaast zijn er ook mogelijkheden voor non-profit organisaties wat erg fijn is. Very nice and handy app to use. We use it in our shop so our customers can add custom text to print on clothing. There are also options for non-profit organizations.

The app is amazing specially for creating form field options and applying conditional logic on the fields. Mr Haris is one of the experts who help to configure some stuffs i need with the app, he is really great, i also have the opportunity to email with Danko, he was also great, he was the one that recommend the product app option for me instead of form builder because i need more than just creating forms. Great customer service

We love this app, once you get the hang of it (as a non-tech savvy person) the options are basically endless. The tech support is brilliant, patient and so very skilled with solving multiple possible solutions! I'm very happy, and would highly recommend Thankyou for the help!

When I had a problem with integrating discount codes, Muaza responded instantly and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Great support and I highly recommmend

I have been using this app for years and it is a wonderful app. Staff have always been so helpful if I have any issues which have always been issues with my own tech knowledge...not the app. In particular, today I was helped by Nitesh who sorted my problem out within minutes - would have taken me hours and hours :) Thank you Nitesh.

The support advisor was outstanding Muaza and extremely helpful. The problem was immediately identified and sorted out. I gave the app 4 stars because there should have been more communication between Shopify and the app for the issue at hand (discounts and customization) as this issue as a whole took 3 attempts over 3 days and about 6 hours of time wasted plus lost me valuable time in which it send out a newsletter missing the deadline for a fathers day discount. Shopify seemed unable to identify the issue which is that the hulk customization app is not compatible with discounts. Whose fault this is i do not know .. however once the problem was identified by the 3rd shopify advisor and then the Hulk app advisor it was quickly sorted out. My advisor i feel went above the call of duty . The problem is resolved

OK...using HPO....super cool product...exactly what the doctor ordered. Now...let me tell you the real benefit...THEY are THERE!!!...yes right in the chat. Perfect. Super helpful, got me up and running quickly.

The customer service is absolutely amazing! Muaza from their customer service worked with me for at least 4 hours to help me make everything perfect. It also has great features, everything I've been needing on my website. I would definitely recommend!
