When I had a problem with integrating discount codes, Muaza responded instantly and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Great support and I highly recommmend

I have been using this app for years and it is a wonderful app. Staff have always been so helpful if I have any issues which have always been issues with my own tech knowledge...not the app. In particular, today I was helped by Nitesh who sorted my problem out within minutes - would have taken me hours and hours :) Thank you Nitesh.

The support advisor was outstanding Muaza and extremely helpful. The problem was immediately identified and sorted out. I gave the app 4 stars because there should have been more communication between Shopify and the app for the issue at hand (discounts and customization) as this issue as a whole took 3 attempts over 3 days and about 6 hours of time wasted plus lost me valuable time in which it send out a newsletter missing the deadline for a fathers day discount. Shopify seemed unable to identify the issue which is that the hulk customization app is not compatible with discounts. Whose fault this is i do not know .. however once the problem was identified by the 3rd shopify advisor and then the Hulk app advisor it was quickly sorted out. My advisor i feel went above the call of duty . The problem is resolved

haris is very patient to reslove my issue. take hours to do. Really appreciated. However ,this app can to support the automatic discount from Shopify, do you think it is worth for $20 per month ??

OK...using HPO....super cool product...exactly what the doctor ordered. Now...let me tell you the real benefit...THEY are THERE!!!...yes right in the chat. Perfect. Super helpful, got me up and running quickly.

The customer service is absolutely amazing! Muaza from their customer service worked with me for at least 4 hours to help me make everything perfect. It also has great features, everything I've been needing on my website. I would definitely recommend!

Haris was absolutely amazing. He helped me all through the process with questions that surged. He even helped me to know things that were probably not even part of the app, but the link between my shopify theme and the app. I really like this app. It is very simple, but Im still learning and try to find all it can do. Haris provided GREAT service! Walked me through options after discovering my theme would not support my first choice. He then make videos of how to create options specifically for my item type!
