In jewelry business, it's crucial to provide customization options to customers as everyone loves a personalised piece of jewelry. Haris was absolutely amazing. He helped me all through the process with questions that surged. He even helped me to know things that were probably not even part of the app, but the link between my shopify theme and the app. I really like this app. It is very simple, but Im still learning and try to find all it can do. Haris provided GREAT service! Walked me through options after discovering my theme would not support my first choice. He then make videos of how to create options specifically for my item type!

We use Hulk Apps for both our websites, their apps are very intuitive and work great with integrating your theme style! Great customer service with prompt responses. Best Shopify apps around! Ontzettend tevreden over deze app. De grootste meerwaarde is voor mij de helpdesk. Er is altijd iemand die je kan helpen als je ergens tegenaan loopt. De app wordt automatisch vertaald. Adna en Danko hebben ons tot nu toe erg goed geholpen. Aanrader!

The Hulk app has quite a few customization options as well as conditioning options to further help with customization. When I have a question on how to set up a certain features, the chat options is extremely handy and both people I have worked with (Mauza and Adna) have been very helpful.

Great app! I wasn't sure how to use it initially but I scheduled a call with their support rep Eldin Pribisic who was extremely helpful. He offered other app solutions that would replace many of the other apps I was using. Big help! Outstanding support

We cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by HulkApps, particularly the outstanding support from Nitesh. Our Shopify store recently encountered a significant issue with broken images on our server, totaling around 200 crucial visuals for our products. Great app! Pricing is also reasonable. Whenever i have an issue i always reach out to the chat service. Every time they manage to solve my problem and go the extra way to help me. Especially ADNA and Harris you are a credit to the company :). Thank you!

Loving this app for its flexibility and number of features. Takes a bit of time to set up as you want it but if you need things to be flexible, this App is great.

An absolutely horrendous experience. I’ve spent about a week talking to a dozen CS people only to eventually say that what I needed was not possible. I had multiple emails saying that my “issues” were fixed and when I went to test it was wrong, or they made it worse by doubling the price. An awful app with no instructions on how to set up and no online videos. Save your time and don’t download, it’s that bad. Also it does not work with shop pay. You cannot see ANY options your customers purchase!!!! Everything about this is terrible.
