The onboarding experience with HULK was excellent. Arijana set up a video meeting for me and spent 30 min walking me through the app configuration and how best to customize the tool for the store. I love this app, it's really easy to use and I feel I can get the support I need from the great support team when needed. No question is ever an issue for them and they are always able to help me with anything I need or point me in the right direction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app.

The BEST options app out there. I have tried many. This is the most extensive app for options. I run a handcrafted goods store and everything I sell is a "design-your-own" concept. This app allowed my customers to customise everything from scratch and simplifies my process. Lots of room to play with to customise the look of the options too. Just ask them to help you. Manoj went an extra mile to work on updating new colour swatches that would normally take me a whole hour. He was always ready to help and super helpful. Highly reliable and trustworthy. Their customer service team is amazing and very responsive too. The price I pay for this app is really a tiny fee for what I gain in sales, because without this app I literally cannot sell anything. They have conditional logic that is really really wonderful to use too!

Super happy with the customer support. Needed a customization done to our email and they handled all of the coding necessary for us. Within an hour of first reaching out, we had a customized service for no additional cost. There are still a couple of more features I'd like that I haven't found with any other add on app yet either, but the team at Hulk Apps said they will look into adding those features in the future and I have every reason to believe them. It's great working with a team that actually helps you and is continually making the app better.

The app was relatively easy to set up and when I had a query I was responded to quickly. They were also very quick to help when I had upgraded themes and needed extra coding.

The Hulk product options app is a nice thing to have for more complex product options. We used it for customers to select the exact type of custom necklace that they wanted, and it helped customers and us to keep track of their order. I would recommend this app for any product that need more details input for check out. Great job!

We have products with up to seven different options and need conditional logic - without spending a fortune. This app has delivered. The team is very responsive when we've had issues. There are some features I wish it had - like the ability to reorganize your options and to reorganize or label your uploaded swatch (some are very similar in color) - but these are minor annoyances. I am hoping they will soon make this compatible with Hulk Advanced Wishlist!!!

Took me forever to find this app as I needed something that would work with my inventory system and track stock through a Shopify SKU. This app does that and so much more. They are fast to help and easy to work with, great app!
