The support team has been assisting me in tailoring the CSS and integrating the app seamlessly with my store, and the results are fantastic. I'm genuinely astounded by its performance, especially after experimenting with three different apps that didn't meet my requirements. I couldn't be more satisfied now.

App does not work with Automatic discounts in shopify, interferes with other products that have nothing to do with HULK custised options so if customers orders 5 products @ discounted rate and 1 has HULK customisation on it, all 5 get no discount at checkout. Customers unhappy, they don't return. Better not to use. App also can not be used with Discount codes without a workaround. I started with 4 of the apps from HULK as they have good support but the product lets them down badly. 1 Star!! Don't use if you are looking to do any type of discount n your website.

Works great, gives me the ability to add SO MANY options to my custom made items. Support is really, really great. Not "great compared to the awful service we've all gotten used to over the last decade" but really, truly great.

This app does not work with Google Pay or Shop Pay. If your clients pay with either of those methods then the app will not work. Brought issue up many times to Support team but not addressed. Not worth it for us to keep this app given it brings more issues than anything else.

Really easy to use, but the customer service is outstanding! I downloaded the app yesterday and had 4 issues and within minutes they were solved, the customer service team are just brilliant and so kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. Well done guys, keep up the amazing work!

I find the app great and gives me so much flexibility with personalising my products. I had a small problem, which seemed huge at the time, and was of my own making but I went onto the chat and the problem was solved within minutes. Great product and great customer service. Thank you Tarik

Hulk Product Options sounded really great in the beginning. However, multiple orders are coming in that are not being charged for their add ons. They keep saying it is a different app that is conflicting with their app or that they fixed it but more and more orders keep coming in without the additional charge. They say their app works with the express checkouts but it seems to be an issue with shop pay and google pay. Recently we had an order come in that didn't work and they used a credit card for payment. We have made fields mandatory and some orders are coming through without all the fields even filled in. For some reason they have been unable to identify or fix the problem which makes the app worthless. I just wanted it to work.
