There was a bug, but they kindly and promptly addressed it. The issue has been resolved, and we are now able to operate smoothly without any problems. I can recommend this app.

It's hard to contact them online. I wish their customer service could respond a little faster. Discount codes are not available on my product page because of their custom options feature. This incident took a huge toll on my business.

I searched and tried many product variation apps when migrating our website to Shopify and I am very happy with choosing Hulk Product Options! It has its own quirks to be aware of, but the other apps were not only worse, but were harder to use. This app has incredible support from the team with an in-app chat available at any time. Before launch of the website and after we had critical moments where we needed help and the team was able to jump in and fix things quickly and with my goals and business in mind. I am very happy with this app and the support available! It looks good on the website and has very versatile function! Definitely recommend it!

The app initially did not meet our needs and the person we dealt on the chat with was not very helpful. We were just about to give up. But on our third contact with customer support, I was lucky enough to get Deepa. Deepa was excellent, and fixed just about everything, making us able to use the app after all. Fingers crossed it will work smoothly from now on.

Khushbu was AMAZING! Support is very responsive and helpful! We were chatting for about 3 hours and Khushbu answered each and every one of my endless questions. I was having trouble editing the appearance of my buttons as well as creating conditionals and Khushbu went in and edited both of those for me saving me hours of confusion and frustration. I can't say enough good things about my experience with support but also the app. Hulk Product Options is the one product customization app I've seen that allows me to add buttons, actual buttons not radio buttons and just for that I'd give 5 stars. Get this app!!

Easily my favorite app - tons of options that I can configure in unlimited ways to suit my different product lines, and the support team is top notch. Response is almost instant, they're kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful.

I am still learning how to use it, and do flounder around trying to figure out how to make this or that work. I'll have it all down pat, eventually. But meanwhile, I'll tell you what.....the customer service is BEYOND amazing. Whenever I get stuck, they are right there in the chat, and some of their reps have worked *very patiently* with me for HOURS and hours sometimes. So there is always great help no matter what you are trying to accomplish.

Would have loved this app if it was compatible with Zapiet Pickup and delivery app. Im going to find another compatible app. It would be nice if there was a page dedicated to incompatible apps. I would not have spend time testing this app.

Hulk Product Options is an awesome app to add to your store. You'll have so many options to add to your products. Their customer support is very helpful and always fast assisting with coding issues. Definitely worth the extra for the app.

Support is half and half depending on the person, requirements are met and sometimes the knowledge of the support does not meet the standards of expectation. Whilst more technical queries are handled well, simple questions differ, that do not need 'copy and paste' answers can be easily solved if looked at properly instead of searching for an answer through their database but actually looking at the personal problem in more detail. After a few minutes of investigating the problem yourself, you can find the answer to the problem faster than the support telling you to read a whole article which does not even solve your problem. The app is overall good and has many features however there are some common e-commerce features that are commonly used but not implemented in the tool, the support can be better from the perspective view of subscribing more than once on an Enterprise plan.

C'est vraiment la meilleure application de personnalisation d'options et de variantes. Elle est très complète et nous pouvons bien la personnaliser. Parmi toutes les autres apps du genre, celle-ci est la plus fiable et complète. L'équipe du support a été très à l'écoute et nous a aidé très rapidement. Nous recommandons totalement :)
