I am still learning how to use it, and do flounder around trying to figure out how to make this or that work. I'll have it all down pat, eventually. But meanwhile, I'll tell you what.....the customer service is BEYOND amazing. Whenever I get stuck, they are right there in the chat, and some of their reps have worked *very patiently* with me for HOURS and hours sometimes. So there is always great help no matter what you are trying to accomplish.

Would have loved this app if it was compatible with Zapiet Pickup and delivery app. Im going to find another compatible app. It would be nice if there was a page dedicated to incompatible apps. I would not have spend time testing this app.

Support is half and half depending on the person, requirements are met and sometimes the knowledge of the support does not meet the standards of expectation. Whilst more technical queries are handled well, simple questions differ, that do not need 'copy and paste' answers can be easily solved if looked at properly instead of searching for an answer through their database but actually looking at the personal problem in more detail. After a few minutes of investigating the problem yourself, you can find the answer to the problem faster than the support telling you to read a whole article which does not even solve your problem. The app is overall good and has many features however there are some common e-commerce features that are commonly used but not implemented in the tool, the support can be better from the perspective view of subscribing more than once on an Enterprise plan.

The app is very helpful, the most affordable and easy-to-use option app across Shopify. Their customer service is also very efficient, Nisha helped me with cart pricing and helped change my code in couple of minutes.

We don't need a lot of customizations on our site but we still struggled to find the perfect app to help us until this one! When running into problems, we hopped on a chat with customer service and they were able to resolve our issue in a couple minutes! Definitely recommend.

I love Hulk apps. I've worked with other apps and this company seems to "get it." I feel so triumphant when I want to sell a product in a certain way, like offer a custom pet face headband, and then offer a second pet's face for an additional charge, and I'm able to use the app to charge $5 to upload a second photo. I feel like a website jedi master because Hulk makes it easy. Thank you!
