We have only had this app for a few hours, but we can say we are pleased! Especially with the help that Amit has offered me. They were also so fast at getting things set up for me and answered all my questions! I was using another app and they failed us. I opened Hulk Product Options so frustrated and now I feel so much better knowing that I can rely on them.

Been using this application for over a year now and it is amazing the fact that shopify limits variants and this app easily install and integrates and help you create all the product customizations you need. The free version is amazing.

We've made our e-commerce vision come true thanks to Hulk Apps. And the support is fast, courteous and excellent staff. It may still be imperfect, but I give Hulk Apps high marks. 2023/09/22 The Hulk App has helped me many times. it's quickly resolves the situation I'm in trouble with. What you can't do with Hulk, you can't do anywhere else. That's why Hulk is such a great product. And the wonderful team operators have saved my problems many times. thank you. -postscript- Hulk App support is very good and helpful. At least most of my dreams have come true. There was a temporary system problem, but the response was excellent. Especially the excellent assistant who supported me I am grateful to Deepa. thank you.

I use Product Options to allow customers to customize gift boxes with card selection, gift message and delivery date picker. App works wonderfully. Support super quick to respond and have helped me customize fonts/aesthetic to match my site. Would recommend!!

This app is total and utter garbage. The app has been causing a serious checkout issue for our store since October 17th and they have done nothing to fix it. This app can single handedly destroy your website and the support does not care. I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.

Très bon service client , très réactif. Il manque certaintes fonctionnalité de personnalisations comme la possibilité de cliquer sur une bouton pour ouvrir la popup avec les différentes options de personnalisation.. Mais dans l'ensemble cela marche bien

Fantastic product options app. I switched to this app for my new online store 2.0 theme. The app is rich with features and has excellent support. Khushbu installed the app very quickly on my new theme and even made some extra customizations to make it work perfectly for my website. Update 9/18/24: I updated my store to a new theme and Sanjay helped install the app perfectly and quickly in the new theme. Great app and company.

In other apps, the options are registered as products, but not in this app, they go into the cart as custom products as a one-time-only thing. This is great. Customer service is top notch. I highly suggested having them set up the app, especially if you aren't tech savvy. (like me) Simply answer a few questions and they had my changed completed. Amit was amazing and understood exactly what I was requesting. He made it easy and I am less stressed.

The customer service is great! We were having some trouble getting the app to integrate with our theme and support was quick and able to get it fixed. So far the app is easy to use and a great way to expand options in our store.
