機能とサポートはとても良い。 チャットサポートはおざなりな回答をするのではなく、問題点から解決策を提示し、時にはサイトのカスタマイズまでしてくれる。 チェックアウト画面をバイパスする決済の場合に使用できないことがデメリット。

Brilliant! The range of options this app allows is invaluable but I am most pleased with how I can now list very complex product variables using the conditions options. It takes some playing with but the interface is intuitive and logical. My only gripe is that orders made for products using this feature no longer have quick view available on the Shopify orders page. It's not world ending but does mean opening the order to view the options selected. If you sell high volume using this app this could be more of an issue to you. Honestly, i've no idea why there are some poor reviews for it. I've had it working faultlessly on V1 and V2 shops and their support team have been nothing but excellent when i've had questions.

This app is great and the best one I have worked with for more advanced product customizations. A few issues I have, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars include: 1) It is not the easiest to style the customization to match the website design. 2) I have had a few orders come through without customization and I cannot figure out why or how. 3) The desktop multiple choice options is not user friendly. It makes you hold ctrl to select more than one option and that is not common knowledge for everyone. Support is always very fast and helpful. So that is a big plus. Overall happy.

Was not able to implement app. Company does not offer screen share to help customers set up and implement the app. Deleted app.

We currently use hulk for allowing customers to select their paint code out of 100s of selections and to add a charge to our customer's orders. The app is very polished and works well. The app has an import-export feature which helps get your big lists of options set up on their app. The customer service is top-notch and is always ready to hear improvement ideas and fix issues with the app.

We’ve been using this app to manage additional fees and options for our store, but multiple problems have arisen where fees and selected options were not reflected correctly. This has caused significant losses for our business. Despite contacting their support team numerous times with detailed information and requests for concrete solutions, we’ve experienced: Vague responses lacking specifics Insufficient investigation into our reported issues Evasive answers regarding timelines and next steps We found their approach to be far from transparent or proactive. Ultimately, the root cause of our problems was never clearly identified, and no effective resolution was provided. In our opinion, the drawbacks caused by poor support far outweigh any benefits this app might offer. After comparing with other solutions, we regretfully conclude that this app does not meet our standards for reliable assistance. Hence, we are giving it a 1-star rating.

Such a great app. We tried a few others but they just lacked options or were to hard to navigate. Hulk Product Options is the best we've seen. Thank you Khushbu for your help as well - you are amazing! Highly recommend this app and shout out to Khushbu!

My experience with this application has been fantabulous. Before the installation, I searched a lot the application that can complete my requirement but couldn't find anything perfect. In the end, I found Hulk product Options, and my hunt stopped here. Truly, It is one of the best applications I have ever experienced. With the help of this, I have made my store easy to access and user-friendly. The customer care support of Hulk Product Options is amazing they are always ready to help whenever you need and always try to give you the best solution they can ever offer. It's a single application that breaks the product customization barriers. I am truly satisfied with its fantastic features and great customer support.

We have tried a couple of apps but can't get exactly we we wanted to achieve for our site. Then we decided give Hulk Product Options a try. Now, creating option sets is easier and it made our pages more organized. The Customer Service was really quick to help us fix our issues. Thank you and I recommend this app.
