I've had for almost 3 years. The app has never worked properly. When using multiple of their apps they never integrate together. I am glad there is finally another app that works exceptionally well so we can replace this one which we have done today.

The app works very well for our store. I was looking for a solution to connect existing SKUs (to keep inventory tracked) and this was the only solution I could find. Support has been great any time I have needed assistance.

After trying out multiple product option apps to find the best fit for my website, Hulk Product Options had the most flexible options and outstanding customer support from Ujwal & Danna, they helped me get my store exactly how I needed very quickly in a way that no other product options app was able to. 100% Recommend!

So far I like the app. I have some unusual needs for this app and Customer Service has been wonderful with helping me. Update- I have asked for even more because I have needs that go beyond the norm. Customer service has been right on top of everything that I have asked for. I would recommend this ap to everyone. Great App and Great customer Service. Another Update. I am probably the neediest customer they Have. I keep asking for more and the support team keeps giving. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find an app that would do what I need but this is working out great. Excellent product with an excellent support team! Update #3- I keep on asking for more and the support team just keeps delivering. I recommend this product and give a score of 10 or more if possible.

We use Hulk Product Options on our Shopify storefront and the support has been exceptional. Responses are quick and solutions are spot on. I don’t need to over-explain—they get it and take care of it. They also keep thorough records, so even if the contact changes, nothing is lost.
