I use this app to help me add phone numbers for custom printed items, works great. I had one issue, but support got right on it and I haven't had any problems since.

So far so good. I have not used it live but their support staff was extremely quick to help with the installation via live chat. The automatic installation works on some themes but not others.

After uninstalling they are not willing to help with shop. I had to hire external shopify developer to uninstall app completely. IT IS BUGGING MY SHOP. they are ignoring me all the time. EDIT. No you did not contected me, liars :)

I give my customers the possibility to personalize their purchase, a lot, maybe too much! and it wasn't easy to find an app which suited me. This totally did the job. In the last few days we had an issue with the app and received a PROMPT, CARING, THOROUGH assistance, which is not obvious. My dream would come true if there were a button "ADD TO ... OPTION" in the Shopify product creation mask.

I installed this app specifically so I could have a personalization box for customers who are placing orders. I found YouTube tutorials to walk me through how to use the interface. I rated this 4 stars because I don’t find the flow and language of the input intuitive. Once I got a custom field set up, I could not figure out why it wasn’t loading onto my listing despite a lot of research and also speaking with a shop owner friend who used this app. I had to contact customer service. CS was incredibly responsive and helped me quickly. Turns out the app had to be enabled in my theme. I’m newer to Shopify so this may be common knowledge but I didn’t see documentation about this step which is why I struggled. I’ll continue to use this and I am glad there’s a low-cost option for listing customization that has excellent customer service.

Easy to set up product options and variants. Currently using the free plan so it doesn't get better than that. Customer service is responsive and informative!

I have been looking for an app that will allow me to track my inventory while also upcharging per item size. I contacted support because I was having issues getting the app to configure on my own & within 4 hours they had the app configured to work with my website theme. The customer service was spot on & so far the app is doing exactly what I need it to do!

I cannot speak highly enough of this app or the support, they are both amazing. I have used this app for years with a regular Shopify theme, it worked great. I recently changed my theme and the theme was not fully compatible with the app and the price were not being updated in the cart, the support time spent a lot of time and effort getting this sorted for me, including instructing the theme developers what they needed to alter. Would 100% recommend for shops which have product options

Hulk product options gives us a lot of flexibility as our store products require multiple options and they are very prompt when assistance is needed.

I do not recommend this app to anyone! A few months ago, the app had a serious error that caused me to lose several thousand euros in sales. The product images in the individual options were no longer displayed in the store and I had to re-upload all the images for several days. After I decided to give the app a second chance, I discovered another error three weeks ago. Due to an error in the app, my customers were no longer able to pay with PayPal and I lost more than 30,000 euros again as a result. I only found out by chance that the error was caused by the app. If I had known beforehand, I would have uninstalled it immediately and used a different app. I pay a lot of money for the app every month and I have submitted a request for a refund, but the support team has not gotten back to me. They keep me waiting all the time. The app is disastrous and I don't recommend it to anyone!

I installed the app today and like most apps, a code did not load properly. I submitted a ticket and sent an email. I had the expectation not to receive help until Monday or Tuesday but to my surprise, I received help within 2 hours. It took no time and my store is back up and running. The tech support was awesome.
