My experience with this application has been fantabulous. Before the installation, I searched a lot the application that can complete my requirement but couldn't find anything perfect. In the end, I found Hulk product Options, and my hunt stopped here. Truly, It is one of the best applications I have ever experienced. With the help of this, I have made my store easy to access and user-friendly. The customer care support of Hulk Product Options is amazing they are always ready to help whenever you need and always try to give you the best solution they can ever offer. We have tried a couple of apps but can't get exactly we we wanted to achieve for our site. Then we decided give Hulk Product Options a try. Now, creating option sets is easier and it made our pages more organized. The Customer Service was really quick to help us fix our issues. Thank you and I recommend this app.

We have thousands of customization options on our website. Without this tool, communicating our product options to the customer would be extremely difficult. Furthermore, the support is outstanding. Thank You!

Great app with lots of options to customize it. The only "problem" I had was that the automatic installation didn't work with one of the free Shopify 2.0 themes. But since the support team of HulkApps did the integration for me in a very short amount of time this has not really been an issue for me. I do hope though that for the basic free themes the automatic installer will be fixed as that will probably make it easier for people to integrate this app.

This app is very limiting as it could not add another product to the original product (ie add-on product option). However, the team at Hulk were helpful and responded quickly in answering our questions.

We use this app to give customers the option to order customized products with their picture and text. It's been working splendidly. We recently updated our store and theme and encountered an issue where the client uploads were not going through to Shopify on orders. Got in touch with the support team and they were so patient and helpful and got it fixed in a couple of hours. Really appreciate it when the team behind an app go above and beyond to help out. The product options were not showing up on the product page so we reached out to support. They responded in less than 5 minutes and were very kind and professional.

The Hulk app began causing interference for other apps on our store. We found through those apps developers that they needed to just change something simply. It took one week of getting the runaround, and us having the other app teams developers call them to get the matter resolved! Terrible customer service, and every time we needed an update they were less than helpful.
