I cannot speak highly enough of this app or the support, they are both amazing. I have used this app for years with a regular Shopify theme, it worked great. I recently changed my theme and the theme was not fully compatible with the app and the price were not being updated in the cart, the support time spent a lot of time and effort getting this sorted for me, including instructing the theme developers what they needed to alter. Would 100% recommend for shops which have product options

Hulk product options gives us a lot of flexibility as our store products require multiple options and they are very prompt when assistance is needed.

I do not recommend this app to anyone! A few months ago, the app had a serious error that caused me to lose several thousand euros in sales. The product images in the individual options were no longer displayed in the store and I had to re-upload all the images for several days. After I decided to give the app a second chance, I discovered another error three weeks ago. Due to an error in the app, my customers were no longer able to pay with PayPal and I lost more than 30,000 euros again as a result. I only found out by chance that the error was caused by the app. If I had known beforehand, I would have uninstalled it immediately and used a different app. I pay a lot of money for the app every month and I have submitted a request for a refund, but the support team has not gotten back to me. They keep me waiting all the time. The app is disastrous and I don't recommend it to anyone!

I installed the app today and like most apps, a code did not load properly. I submitted a ticket and sent an email. I had the expectation not to receive help until Monday or Tuesday but to my surprise, I received help within 2 hours. It took no time and my store is back up and running. The tech support was awesome.

This app is fantastic! I am using it since a while now and it really helped adding extra functionalities to our store, with plenty of additional options and variants to the products; we're able to create complex bundles without using any other third party apps. We had some issues which was addressed within minutes, upon reaching out to the customer service, via chat. Highly recommended. Keep up the excellent work! Cheers

Works great, has all the options we need and shows up in the cart and in our third party shipping solution. We had an issue with it not installing on our theme using the auto setup. Contact support who installed it for me within 30 minutes.

I am consistently pleased with the support the Hulk team is able to offer. On top of an easy configuration process and beautiful frontend UI, the Product Options app has been one that I'd recommend time and time again. Disappointing! For the price you cannot add via product tag, doesn't work with ajax cart and buy now buttons. Can't duplicate option sets. Date picker is not a date picker it's a text field. Adding options and then option sets is a tedious task. Other apps that use this workflow allow you to add options when creating option sets. Positive was the support was helpful and fast.

Best app and best customer service. I have had 2 minor problems with the file upload when i have made changes to the cart page. Manoj and Deepa helped me really fast. Im using the free version and will change up to a paid one once we need it. I love the app and our store and customers use the functions everyday!

Great app with greater service! We use product options to do complex custom ordering and hulk product options is great! Their support is fast and knows exactly what they are doing. Really wonderful experience and worth it!

As a jewelry brand, we have lots of options that don't need to add inventory and are not technically a variant. This app made syncing up our Etsy shop much easier. The customer service was super fast and helpful. Our listings can now offer multiple lengths and specific customization without increasing our inventory for single items. Thank you!
