I used this app to customize my products and facilitate clients being able to upload text, upload multiple files and provide special instructions before fulfillment. I was able to install the app without issue and began using it right away. The interface was intuitive however I did need to read a few help pages as there were more options than I had anticipated. A note on customer service: The support team was epic! I described my issue and received a response right away. The issue was resolved by a developer/tech in less than 24 hours. I have one minor issue that needs attention but I'm confident they will resolve that too given my experience thus far. Good Job Hulk Team!

I love this app, and the support is wonderful. I used their expert install and even had them make a few customizations. They have a quick response time and the app is the best in terms of cost and capability compared to the other Custom and Infinite Product Options apps available.

This app is awesome when you need to offer lots of options. It's fairly straight-forward, easy to use, and works great. The support team is really awesome too! I had a small conflict with another app I am using which effected how my options showed up in the cart. They sorted it all out beautifully! Thanks HulkApps!!

I own a online skin care company and most of our products are FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE! This app came in handy to add in all our necessary ingredients that we need in order to run right. We had a few other options apps and they weren't that great. This app is also FREEE! The staff is generous and responds quickly to my emails. They helped me install the code onto my theme because I failed and messed up my website .. whoops. But they quickly responded and fixed everything! I definitely recommend!

Shopify is a good platform, but it can be really restrictive in terms of how you handle products, product options, variants, etc. I understand why thats the case, but to get around some of those limitations requires a lot of scripting and time, and if you're a one man army that can be really challenging. This app solves every issue I've had where I'd have to turn to scripting otherwise. Thank you guys!

Such a great app. Does everything needed and more! I asked there amazing team for help with installation, which was super fast. I then wanted to change how it was displayed on the Phone, which they helped me with! 5 stars!

I originally installed the app and couldn't get he integration working with my theme, but the guys in the support team were brilliant and helped put in on and fixed any issues that i had right away. Couldn't recommend enough
