We are satisfied with the customer service by ABHILASHA. Only down side was the installation fee was too expensive. As we are not a tech people, we wish the installation fee was much lower so that we can try this service without hesitation. We upgraded to pro plan so we wish there was a discount for installation.

I needed some help with backend stuff and Deepa was able to help me fix everything in a very timely manner. Very impressed with the customer support from these guys, oh and the app provides tons of great options!

I have searched for days for the perfect app for me. Easy to use and easy to install. I'm not Techie at all, even though I had a little trouble I messaged tech support and they were on it! Deepa not only helped with my issue but actually went in for me and found another issue and worked that out too! I will definitely be looking into their other apps. Thank you so much!

This app is very easy to use! I like how I can mix and match product options and easily keep things organized on the back-end. The UI is very intuitive and well designed so as a shop owner I didn't feel overwhelmed adding many different color options to my products. I had a few questions to get set up, and Hulk Apps was quick to respond. I was pleasantly surprised with how incredibly helpful they are, and I have actually continued to install quite a few of their other apps on my store. Overall, this company makes great apps for Shopify AND they are extremely helpful. You won't be disappointed.

This app does exactly what I need it to which is rare because my goal was to offer options while also looking visually appealing. I reached out to support to get help with some features and they responded very quickly and got everything sorted out on my store. Highly recommend!

It did exactly what I wanted. The support team were super helpful and resolved problems and my requests right away. I will definitely keep using the app. It also worked wonder with other Hulk apps. Highly recommend!

Does it exactly what it says it'd do - happy with the functionality as it's really useful for our use case (restaurant with lots of addons/sides).

App is Great. There are a few features which could be streamlined. If you are putting in a lot of options it can be a laborious process. The technical support is brilliant though, always happy to help and generally very quick to reply.

Really great app, and very fast installation help from the app team (within one hour of asking them). I have been using another, more expensive app until now, with another Shopify store I have, but I am going to switch that store to this app, too, it actually is much better looking and easier to use. Very easy and intuitive layout. Also they have great service and quick response times! Pleasure working with. I had one small thing that I had wanted to change so I contacted support and within minutes they contacted the developers and it was changed! So simple so helpful. Really a great experience! This is the only app I been able to find that offers product options that can also update the cart price in a seamless manner. This is included in the free plan. The UI is very modern and easy to use. It is very easy to set up the product options, adjust the look of the options on your page and to choose the products that the options should be applied to. Support was excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were very kind to help me with an integration issue I was facing between their app and another app I was using. Overall, I can highly recommend this app!
