The App is great , once installed I have been able to customise my product pages and offer additional add on's and charge for them. This charge then carries through to checkout and is seen in the order report app. I admit I had trouble following the installation guide but I contacted Hulk Support and they sorted it very quickly. Would recommend this App and Hulk, great service and support. Thanks

HulkApps was great to resolve a conflict on my site with product images not showing correctly after installing the custom product options. They jumped on board and resolved the issue and our pre-sale was able to continue on. Many thanks HulkApps for the great app and great service.

The app does what it's supposed to do, but only after I reached out for help. Installing it was very difficult for me, since I don't know code very well. I had to let them have complete access to my account in order for them to edit it, which made me very uncomfortable. So far it's working though. So, overall I'm very grateful for this app.

Was looking for an app that could add an additional fee to a product if the customer wanted an add on feature. After installing the app, I set up the settings for the product I wanted. However, I ran into the issue with the theme integration. After following the manual integration, I found that my theme didn't have the same codes that where needed in order to get the app fully up and running. I contacted customer support who where nice and professional in their work. My ticket did need to be given to a developer to work on, but that even got resolved fast.

I am new to Shopify and how you have to add Apps to get the functionality I typically find standard in other carts I've used. I needed expanded Options and the Hulk Apps Custom Product Options was the only "free" choice I saw. Since I didnt' understand how to use their product (they should provided a more detailed description of this) I didn't see any changes when I installed the app. Each ticket exchange took 2-3 days for a proper response. I now see how to use this App and will see if it is a good fit for my store. I was generous on the rating since this is a Free item.

I am testing this free app from past few days and it had met most of my requirements. I ran into issues during installation and few functionalities were not working fine with my theme. However the Hulk Support team stepped in and fixed the issues. I would highly recommend this app. Try this app before you pay for any other app.

Didnt like this app at all. Ended up choosing a different app. This one was not user friendly and had too much confusing coding going on. I gave up and switched to a much easier app. ***Update- Found out this app left coding on my theme which cause some of my features to not work. Had to work with my theme provider to have it removed so my site would work again. I'm avoiding all Hulk apps now thanks to the frustration.

Discount code functionality at the check out page won't work, if you choose options with the additional cost with app. support team was top-notch !!!!!!!!!!!!!! highly recommend any of their stuff to anyone. Great product, great service!

Great app. The only app I could find to add a simple add on option to my products in a simple way that would add an extra cost. the hulk team very kindly install it for me when I was having trouble and were really fast to get back to me with help. One very happy customer thanks so much

After few weeks, bugs appeared and impossibility for tech support to take care. They simply did not know why! I spend a lot of time trying to find myself solutions, help come but 2 to 3 days later only by email, asking to ask the question with more details (or looked like they did not read the request up to the end, obviously). After multiple requests and more than a week to try to overcome this bug, I really regret, so much energy for nothing! If you are not ready to waste few weeks with a bad surprise at the end, don't bother with this App.

The only thing I don't like about this app is that I didn't find it sooner! It works WAY better than the product options app I used previously that I paid a monthly fee for - and this one is FREE. I haven't had any issues with it and it integrates nicely into my website. I had trouble figuring out how to install it, but they helped me and had it installed for me within a few days. I am so happy I found this app!

I'm giving this app 5*s even though it wasn't the app I stuck with. Let me tell you why you should give this app ago. From what I've tried in the free product options apps this offers the most features that many paid apps offer. It was a little difficult to get my head around how the conditional options worked but once I become familiar it just made sense. I would have kept this app if I didn't have the js conflicts and theme dramas. Considering the apps Free!! Hulk Support was prompt and helped to fix many things that didn't mesh well with my theme. Much respect for the hulk team that worked hard solving many of the issues. The jquery conflicts with my theme, unfortunately, caused page errors on all my pages. :(
