The support team was very helpful. I had trouble setting up the product options app and they took it into their own hands to implement it for me in less than 24 hours. Now I’m back up and running! Awesome! Thank you so much

Update to my initial review where I was having trouble getting the options to show where I needed it to. Overall, I don't think the app is the most intuitive to use, but it does work well for the simple things I need it to do and maybe it's more complicated for people who want to do fancy things. I updated my theme recently and it stopped working and contacted the help team. It took a couple days for them to fix the problem, but in the process, they also ended up fixing a problem another app was having, so definitely thumbs up for this! I'm upgrading my overall rating for the help!
We're sorry if you felt we were charging you extra unnecessarily. What has been mentioned as bugs, are not really bugs from the app. By default the code snippet is placed before the AddtoCart button, but you can place the snippet anywhere you desire. Our support services are free but limited to complete app installation, but if you need personalization or resolving theme related errors or app conflicts, they are specific to each store, and requires dedicated amount of time to resolve. Our team would only charges for custom coding work that they would have to undergo, in order to get you what you desire. But, hope you found what you were looking for from other apps.

One of the best app and best support they are providing. A must have app for all stores and best thing is this app is free of cost. Recommended who want unlimited variant options.

I made a stupid mistake on our site that messed with the Hulk Product code. I feel like the Hulk team really bent over backwards to help me get the issue resolved really quickly. Very happy with their customer service!

I have no positive to things to say about this app, they asked for a review before I had used, it's day 3 & it's still not working and getting help is impossible If there was a minus -10 I would give it to them

I used this app for a couple of things. First, to show all the items that come inside the artisanal care packages that we sell on scenicmade.com. But the bigger problem for us is that we needed customers to be able to upload photos and text so that we can custom print a card for them. This app works perfectly! I am planning on adding some additional customization on our product, and I believe this app will be able to handle it. I still can't believe this app is free! And the customer support is good, also.

I use this app to help me collect my customers desires for product variations. The install did not work initially, but upon opening a ticket they very quickly corrected the issue for me. I wish that this worked with the cart drawer as well.

This is a great app and the Hulk Support team has been outstanding by helping out with our requests! They are very responsive and have been more than willing to help us install custom coding into our theme for the product options. I highly recommend Product Options and the wonderful Hulk team.

Best Free App I have ever used with the Tremendous support. Best of luck guys.. Keep it up for providing such app to make the things simpler. Try this app at least once before go with the Paid Apps.

Not only does this app work exactly as I needed it to, but the customer service has been amazing. I was having trouble getting some features to work, and they went far beyond the norm of just sending me links to more help articles and instead went straight into my Shopify site and made the necessary updates for me, and all within less than 24 hours of my initial ticket. Highly recommend!

Great app and good customer service, however this app doesnt allow currency conversion apps to be used alongside it, and so if you have one, it will break it. Apparently they are working on a solution but I am yet to see it. If they fix this I will give them 5 stars. Will
