I originally installed the app and couldn't get he integration working with my theme, but the guys in the support team were brilliant and helped put in on and fixed any issues that i had right away. Couldn't recommend enough

It was a little tricky to set up, but their customer service was very helpful and got it all working smoothly. We needed fairly complicated options, and it could do it all!

5/5 for the fact that I had some issues with this app on install and the devs responded within hours and within hours they managed to fix the coding issues i had. I'm really excited for them to soon provide the ability to use Coupon Codes in conjunction with price variants. If you have any problems or questions, contact them right away, they're fab!

This is absolutely the best option for additional options on your site! We absolutely love that this app is free, and offers the swatches. As a Paint Suppler for thousands of Crafters, we needed a way to be able to reduce the amount of site space 13 swatches of 54 colors was taking up. HulkApps went above and beyond to work with their developer so our options could be collapsible, and not only that, but it was incredibly reasonably priced for all of the custom work! This is a great app that allows you not only add options, but build custom bundles with various pricing. To top it off, this app is FREE and that is comparing to fairly expensive options out there from other similar apps. But good app is nothing without support. Even though the install process is fairly simple you may still run into issues. Their support fixed it almost immediately. That is something to be proud off. They did it fast, efficiently and without ever bothering us. Bottom Line: -Impressive app -Simple interface with powerful features. -Easy to use -Great personal tech support -It is Free.

The app is very buggy! Support is outsourced and very unhelpful - they kept demanding access to the Shopify owner account, even though I made them their own staff account (yes, that is right they don't have developer or partner access) and could see successful logins in the audit log. Makes me wonder if they had any malicious intent trying to get the owner account details. As such wouldn't recommend to proceed with them even though the app is free - who knows what they could do to your store.

Added app to supply theme and it was a mess. It showed things properly some places and ultimately charged them the base price regardless of options chosen. I reached out to the HulkApps team and asked for their help resolving the problem (instructions said to replace code x with code y, but code x didn't exist). They opened a ticket and asked us to create a staff account for them, which we reluctantly did. Over the course of the next couple business days we saw little improvements to the functionality, getting closer to operational. Today they came through and got their system fully functional on our store. They exceeded my expectations, especially for a free app, and while the lack of communication during their troubleshooting phase was a little disconcerting, then ultimately came through spectacularly and I'm left totally satisfied with then product and without complaints. Moral of the story is these folks stand behind their product and will go to ridiculous lengths to get you squared away.

Terrible app if you charge for extra options you can't offer discount codes store wide it will hide the discount box at checkout

I needed some product configurator type options to select and add to the base product price. This APP allowed me to do that. I had a little issue applying to my theme and the support team solved it for me in less than 24 hours.

We are new to Shopify (and Ecommerce) and were looking to customize gift boxes with a personal note. The App does what we need and adding the text box to the products was easy. Our challenge was app integration because we do not have a coder on staff. This is when tech support shined. One request and the task was done.

2023 Update. Continue to be impressed with the speed of support and the continuous updates to the software. 1000% would recommend. Original Review: This is a great app, easy to use and understand. Allows for much customization of the options. Love that you can have Swatch/Pattern selection. They are constantly updating the options and functions available. Staff was very helpful getting it installed. Quick and Responsive! They are also friendly, quick, and the chat option within the app works great!

When I first encountered this app, I got excited about the possibilities that it would allow our shop to have. I ran into some issues installing it because our store uses the Prestige theme, which is 3rd party and the documentation doesn't work to install with. I contacted the support of Hulkapps and within a day they had implemented it on our store, and it even looks great! I'm excited to get some use out of this app now that we have it.
