I used this app to help us to upload image swatches for our sunglasses. Integration was good but the support is lame. Their app was interfering with another app I need for my store and instead of offering to help they simply said "sorry our app doesn't work with other option apps." I pay them monthly and this is the help they gave me. Pretty sad if you ask me for an issue that could be easily fixed with a little help. I really wanted to use this app, but I think i'll have to switch to another option app since I can't launch my store now.
Hi there, I went through the ticket you discussed with our support team member Ivan with. Unfortunately Ivan is right. We are not compatible with an app that does exactly the same. :) It's not possible because that app, along with ours, would be making conflicting changes. We tried as always but this is not doable. We would appreciate if you can update this review as it's factually not accurate. We appreciate your support and we hope you'll understand the situation. Some things just don't gel :) Thank you.

I have been using Hulk Product Options for about 2 years now and have been extremely happy with it! They also provide amazing customer service! Would absolutely recommend!

I used this app to customize my products and facilitate clients being able to upload text, upload multiple files and provide special instructions before fulfillment. I was able to install the app without issue and began using it right away. The interface was intuitive however I did need to read a few help pages as there were more options than I had anticipated. A note on customer service: The support team was epic! I described my issue and received a response right away. The issue was resolved by a developer/tech in less than 24 hours. I have one minor issue that needs attention but I'm confident they will resolve that too given my experience thus far. Good Job Hulk Team!

This great app has helped me offer options I could not have done on the past. Easy to Use even for me :-) customer support is fantastic and quick. Top app I'm going to see how it goes as we are using the free option but looks line we will upgrade to the fully paid version soon . Must have app to have

AVOID THIS APP! I installed this app but was having problems getting it to work. I reached out to support who promptly got it to work. However, it interfered with another app which was critical to my business and as a result messed up a bunch of orders. I desperately tried to reach support for help. They sent one useless email to me and then ghosted me. Despite many messages, I could not get a response from support. Terrible service, terrible app. Avoid at all cost.
Hi there, We apologize for the issues you were facing. Code Conflicts can occur with apps and unfortunately, there’s not much we can do as other apps will require reworking as well. Our goal is to provide a solution to a big problem like Product Options in a way that is least intrusive to customers. With over 1000+ apps in the marketplace, some apps do become incompatible and we try our best to make all apps be compatible with ours. Our Support is currently free and we have tens of thousands of users that require assistance in some ways. That does impact our SLA policy at times but we manage and answer every single support request. We will continue to work with other app developers like Local Delivery to see if we can avoid any code conflicts and collaborate further to provide a great experience, as we already do to our tens of thousands of Product Options customers. We've also asked our manager to get in touch with you regarding this review.

I love this app, and the support is wonderful. I used their expert install and even had them make a few customizations. They have a quick response time and the app is the best in terms of cost and capability compared to the other Custom and Infinite Product Options apps available.

I hired an expert to install this app for our store. We needed a drop down box on our product page. I like it for the most part, however, some customizations I need are not possible due to the way the app is programmed. I must say that support is very attentive and they do their best to help with all questions. I do recommend having an expert install the app for you if you are not confident in dong so yourself. It is a little confusing.

We rely on this app quite a bit to help us better customize our customers' products and online experience. I appreciate the ability to be able to offer so many custom options for our customers and to sometimes be able to charge customers based on their customizations. Their customer service is usually fairly helpful too, which is huge for me. We've had a few hiccups with this app and some other coding on our website, but overall the experience has been great!

This app is awesome when you need to offer lots of options. It's fairly straight-forward, easy to use, and works great. The support team is really awesome too! I had a small conflict with another app I am using which effected how my options showed up in the cart. They sorted it all out beautifully! Thanks HulkApps!!

I own a online skin care company and most of our products are FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE! This app came in handy to add in all our necessary ingredients that we need in order to run right. We had a few other options apps and they weren't that great. This app is also FREEE! The staff is generous and responds quickly to my emails. They helped me install the code onto my theme because I failed and messed up my website .. whoops. But they quickly responded and fixed everything! I definitely recommend!
