This app is by far the best I've come across. For small businesses, I simply couldn't afford to pay monthly fees (yet) and the free version lets me create infinite options (true to its name!) and sets for different products. Support is fast and helpful, I was pretty skeptical after reading so many negative reviews, I'm sure the guys are doing their best answering technical questions. They've been helpful and helped me solved mine. Thanks for keeping a portion of the features free for people like me!

But, we are always standing by to help! Since there are so many themes, sometimes it requires a little extra love from one of our specialists to get the code implemented properly. I installed the app last year as I operate closed releases and need a top level quality to split amongst a host of fashion options with different charges to these changes. Like different lengths etc. All has been working well until last release when I kept getting an *undefined* notification at cart & none of the costs would be applied. This cause a problem as loads of customers were undercharged and I had to create a work around for my customers. But once I contacted the app team, they were so responsive + able to help with the issue quickly. Which was fantastic, as I really need this app to work. And although I can’t fix the issues from this release a work around for other products would be impossible. So I am very grateful the team was able to fix ready for my next release + also able to fix the problem with my Discount Code box not being visible on any page. They added the Discount Code box, no problem at all. It was a hassle that the app had a glitch, but these things happen. The fact the team were so responsive, able to help, kind + articulate I am very thankful + will recommend. Plus when the app is functioning at its best, it a bloody life saver!!!! But when I called

There were a few hiccups with the setup, but overall we are happy with the result. The team was very responsive to emails and worked quickly to resolve any issues. I would recommend this app!

Very Easy to install and the support theme was very helpful to resolve the issues with my Shopify Theme!

Have another Hulk App which I am happy with, but this one is truly disappointing. So overcomplicated and looks nothing like on the images showed here. Uninstall.

This app is very easy to use for beginners and works exactly as they described. I Really enjoy using this app for my Shopify site

This app and the team at HulkCode is amazing! Definitely the best product in the store when it comes to how much they offer under their free tier. I was having trouble installing the app due to having a more complicated theme and their team was able to install for me and get it up and running on my site within hours. Great communication, product, and team. Highly recommend!

Update 3 Feb 2021: I've upgraded my site and had some trouble with the file uploading function, as always they respond faster than you can imagine and solve your issue immediately, their team made you feel you can totally rely on them when it comes to solving issues for you. I can't recommend them enough. Best APP ever and went above and beyond to help you out! I installed the app this morning and hoping it will help solve the issues with my site, not only did they reply real fast but also fixed my problem quickly, I highly recommend this App for your store.

It's a great app but the problem is that if you have a discount code on specific products or collections the discount code won't work. It only works when you set it up for the "entire collection". They also don't have a fix or plans to fix this. So it's great but this bug makes it useless :( Don't spend time installing this if you are running product specific discount codes. It won't work.

Soooo good!! The options additions have bought us extra sales and also much better logistics systems. It didn't all work immediately and I had a huge panic! Helpful support then did the installation and explained to me how to work on a copy of the theme offline. Great service.

This is a great app and exceptional customer service - I have two HULK Apps currently and the functionality that these apps offer for my store plus the level of service received is unbelievable for such a small price! Whenever I need a new App I always check if HULK has an option available before I choose anything else. Thanks guys!

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service is both very responsive and understanding. I'm using a custom theme which meant I needed to change stuff to make it compatible with Hulk App and they made the appropriate changes within a few days. Highly recommend.
