The whole team has been very accomodating since we integrated to Shopify, they always find a solution. Deepa especially today has resolved something troubling us for some time now, that even custom developers outside of this app were not able to help with. I have also since received additional support from the product manager of the app, who kindly provided assistance from developers on custom code very generously, again solving an issue that was causing us a lot of headache. They are truly a joy to work with, nothing is difficult. I look forward to working with them into the future. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with pricing (it fully disappeared from the site) and the team at Hulk Apps was so helpful. They responded within a a couple of hours and restored everything back within a day. So grateful for their prompt response and consistent communication. Highly recommend this app for your website!

There are not enough good things I can say about the app. I have been using it on multiple stores for several years and it has helped our companies generate countless sales. Recently i updated a product with a very complex and conditions scenario and I had trouble completing the product specs, so I asked the customer service experts to help... well Juan and Chirag were the two who handled my issue and successfully went through meticulous troubleshooting and then fixing everything for me. I appreciate you all and I will recommend you to all who read this review.

We have been using Hulk Product Options for a little over a year. This is a very mature app. Recently we changed to a different Shopify theme which caused the app not to display some options correctly. The support team has been amazing and solved the issues quickly. Thank you Danna Jimenez, Deepa Patel, Hamza Turulja, and Danko Damjanovic! If you need an app to give you the ability to give your products almost unlimited options, I highly recommend Hulk Product Options. Jason @ Pinnacle Concealment
