We have been using W3 Custom Product Options on our site for a while, and it has been a game-changer for our business. Recently, after switching to a new theme, the plugin wasn't working as expected. I reached out to their support team, and they replied and resolved the issue in under 10 minutes—amazing customer service! This plugin is essential if you offer custom products on your site. Highly recommended, and we will definitely continue using it!

Custom Product Options does what Shopify doesn't. Problems: 1) It loads unacceptably slowly. I had to do research to find the code to speed it up. This should have been included in the theme. 2) It doesn't have a text entry block. I created a passable workaround using Color Picker without the colors, but it leaves an extra line.

I had forgotten how to use it and while I would have preferred a walk through by a human being... they were quick to send tutorials and follow up with answers.

It's fine when it works, but sometimes it will not show anything, and it's a bit stressful not to have that complementary information when needed. But when it works, it's great. A little consistency or help with a human could be a good leap forward.

No bots, no AI, no automated support, and each of your tickets were responded to within 10 minutes of the initial request when it was made during our business hours. We decided to use W3 Custom Products for the creation of mechanical assemblies. We are early in the process of migrating to Shopify but so far all of our testing supports W3's documentation . Their support has been fabulous. I've had to reach out 3x and I have received answers quickly. My most recent encounter had to do with a mistake I made and I received all the information I needed to correct my mistake. The application is easy to setup and the imagizer feature was a real win for us. WE are very pleased with the product.
