As a complete amateur, I have self taught the format and have found this easier each time I use it.
Great tool for various options for products. Easy and quick installed. Also the help desk is very good: I had technical problems with my theme and they helped me out very quick and professional! I truly recommend it.
Many great features and very user friendly. The support team is always very helpful and efficient when any assistance is needed.
HORRIBLE APP. So many glitches, bugs, ALWAYS AN ISSUE with this app not properly working and now it's completely removed from my website even though I PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR THIS GARBAGE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been using W3 for various apps over many years and can honestly say the service has been excellent, any queries have been answered swiftly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending W3 to anyone looking for a solution for their e-commerce websites it just works!

Custom Product Options does what Shopify doesn't. Problems: 1) It loads unacceptably slowly. I had to do research to find the code to speed it up. This should have been included in the theme. 2) It doesn't have a text entry block. I created a passable workaround using Color Picker without the colors, but it leaves an extra line.
