Originally had problems making this app work properly with my site but the support has being incredibly great! Now the app works perfectly! also its incredibly easy to learn and use.

This app has simplified our ability to add product options without exceeding the variant limitations of the plan we're currently using. Very valuable and makes product deployment a breeze comparatively speaking.

Incredible value! Works great immediately after extremely simple installation. Very powerful options, which are what my complicated product options need. Love it!

Perfect product for custom monogrammed products and I have tried them all. Awesome customer support, fixed a minor issue on my end in record time. Highly recommend! Super quick customer support as well.

A fantastic app that we use on nearly all of our products. It's easy to set up and get going. The support is great and fast should you need it.

We have over 800 products on our store which all need personalisation so this app is great for us. Brad's support is great too - would highly recommend this app to anyone

Had an issue getting the app integrated into my liquid files, and I heard back within an hour or so of contacting support! They fixed everything for me within another hour, and I am up and running and super excited about the flexibility this gives for customizable products within my shop. Three cheers and five stars!

Really great easy to use app. I tried all the other apps (yes, even the one from Bold) to add unlimited product options with conditional logic and this one was the easiest, quickest and worked beautifully. The others had a ton of coding, very slow and expensive. I had some setup questions and needed a bit of help and within a day their tech support answered and fixed everything for me quickly. I was very impressed. Will definitely be adding more apps from this company. Don't be fooled by longer trial periods or huge reviews, its all smoke and mirrors. Stick to simple, good apps that actually work well without taxing your system and resources. 5+ rating!! Highly recommended.

app DID NOT work as advertised. i wrote them for support and their only answer was to pay them 25 bucks to install it for me. i paid the 25$ installation and it still didnt work. i wrote them multiple times to fix it and its been a week and they have not gotten back to me. awful company. bad service. non-functioning app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.

Once again - great support. The company and app continues to perform above and beyond for us. 6-Star performance! Continued support.... just needed to update our review. This team never lets us down. Each and every request is answered quickly and they never leave us a hanging. You have options? This is the only option you need!! W3 works x 3. --- (original review) We needed a custom options APP that required a lot of conditional configuration. Custom Product Options by W3 offered everything we needed. Even better, their support staff made the installation a breeze and their after purchase support made us feel guilty that we're paying less than $10 a month. Really nice app! I'm not familiar with Shopify's codes and scripts, but W3 made it really simple! I sell fully customizable products so I needed a form builder and this app delivered.

By far the best CUSTOM Fields app in shopify store - works awesome - check it out on our site www.tiesncuffs.com.au to see it working... Would love to see clickable images in the future and ability to change fonts on page for our personalized products.

This app is perfect for what I needed. It's easy to understand. I can make different options for different products. I use a variant through shopify for the base and then use this app for the add-ons. It's perfect!

Unfortunately I will be going with a different product options app. This app appeared to be promising but the support is just awful. I have sent multiple support tickets and emailed the guy who they assign to you once you get the app.. bgilbert.. and no response of any kind. Hope you guys are able to work on that.
