Highly recommend the Custom Product Options app from W3 Trends. Been using this app for years...without the app we could not offer dog coats to our customers in all the colors and sizes we make. The Custom Product Options also lets us offer other dog coat options. Most importantly, we are able to require customers to provide detailed measurements that allow us to customize the fit of our dog coats to the unique physique of a customer's dog. Being able to duplicate and modify the field groups really saves time. From time to time, unusual situations have come up and I have received timely and helpful support!

This app is worth every penny. We've been using Custom Product Options for about 5 years and could not be more pleased. Every item we make is custom and requires a TON of information. Custom Production Options allows us to offer our customers convenient drop-down boxes, radio buttons, and text inputs where we need them. The conditional logic also allows us to ensure only the options needed are presented to the customer. Each time we've reached out to the developers for help, they responded quickly and are very helpful. We're SO thankful for this app and the developers.

It took a while to figure out because the video tutorial doesn't go in depth but after I emailed a couple of questions and played around with it I found it easy to use and so far has been able to accommodate my needs.

Incredible value! Works great immediately after extremely simple installation. Very powerful options, which are what my complicated product options need. Love it!

Perfect product for custom monogrammed products and I have tried them all. Awesome customer support, fixed a minor issue on my end in record time. Highly recommend! Super quick customer support as well.

Really great easy to use app. I tried all the other apps (yes, even the one from Bold) to add unlimited product options with conditional logic and this one was the easiest, quickest and worked beautifully. The others had a ton of coding, very slow and expensive. I had some setup questions and needed a bit of help and within a day their tech support answered and fixed everything for me quickly. I was very impressed. Will definitely be adding more apps from this company. Don't be fooled by longer trial periods or huge reviews, its all smoke and mirrors. Stick to simple, good apps that actually work well without taxing your system and resources. 5+ rating!! Highly recommended.

app DID NOT work as advertised. i wrote them for support and their only answer was to pay them 25 bucks to install it for me. i paid the 25$ installation and it still didnt work. i wrote them multiple times to fix it and its been a week and they have not gotten back to me. awful company. bad service. non-functioning app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.

Once again - great support. The company and app continues to perform above and beyond for us. 6-Star performance! Continued support.... just needed to update our review. This team never lets us down. Each and every request is answered quickly and they never leave us a hanging. You have options? This is the only option you need!! W3 works x 3. --- (original review) We needed a custom options APP that required a lot of conditional configuration. Custom Product Options by W3 offered everything we needed. Even better, their support staff made the installation a breeze and their after purchase support made us feel guilty that we're paying less than $10 a month. Even if you only have one option in your store, plug in this APP. Click. Done! Thank you W3. By far the best CUSTOM Fields app in shopify store - works awesome - check it out on our site www.tiesncuffs.com.au to see it working... Would love to see clickable images in the future and ability to change fonts on page for our personalized products.

This app is perfect for what I needed. It's easy to understand. I can make different options for different products. I use a variant through shopify for the base and then use this app for the add-ons. It's perfect!

Great app! I had a issue with adding products to the cart, but Brad cleaned it up in a few hours.Easy to install, easy to use.

great app, great customer service! setting up options including upcharges and conditional logic is super intuitive and fast. we just switched over from one of the other product option apps and were pleased by the ease of this app. bulk applying product options via product tags is perfect for our use case as well. brad from support helped us with some theme tweaks. some more great features are in the pipe already... come on, join us here! the grass actually is greener on this side ;)
