The Shappify Support team were absolutely amazing! I got a reply so quickly and they did exactly what I asked for straight away. Twice! It is such an easy app to use and so many options! It has everything I wanted for my products and more. Definitely the best app by a mile!

The Shappify customer experience blew my expectations out of the water. They were very helpful in getting the app working the way I wanted it and were quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend Shappify to anyone who is serious about using a fuss free app that just works perfectly and is backed up by a great team who are there for you.

Shappify support just gone done installing this app for me. They were super quick to respond and very helpful. The app was installed quickly and seems to be intuitive, even for the not-so-tech-savvy like myself. This is the easiest app install process I have gone through so far!

This app is great! I paid for them to install as I have no experience. James has been great and very responsive! He added some custom style to match the rest of my site for free!

I am stunned with the customer service of Shappify. The way I wanted to use this app is a bit different (and I thought impossible) to accomplish, so I uninstalled it. I then got a personal email from James, and he asked me why I uninstalled. I explained it to him, and he proceeded to spend OVER THREE HOURS OF HIS TIME fixing my product.liquid page so that it could handle the functionality I wanted from this app. He went WAY OVER AND BEYOND my wildest expectations of customer service, staying over 30 minutes after he was supposed to get off from work. A++++ Shappify has my business for life.

I just purchased this App and began using it yesterday. I ran into a little glitch on how the App was functioning on my site and the Service team fixed it right away! Great customer service for a neat App!

Great app. Allows me to add more variants to my products without any limitations. There was a styling issue when installed but James responded within an hour and fixed the problem. This app is also extremely easy to use ... this coming from someone who doesn't have the time or patience to learn how to use new apps. Couldn't have been easier ... highly recommended!

Great app! Shappify customer service was amazing and had it installed just a few hours after I signed up. It was so easy and fast for me to create the product options. Now we can offer complete customization to our customers!

Lets just say.....GREAT Customer service!!!!!! Request for help sent and within 24 hours the problem was solved. These guys are wonderful to work with and I look forward to working with them in the future. The really do go above and beyond to give great service.I only wish all customer service was this prompt, professional and helpful as the people at Shappify with our Product Options App. The Product Options App is just what we needed. I am so glad I found. It is SUPER Simple, Super User Friendly and cant wait to enter more products.

Yes, this is as cool as you think it is. I am impressed. I have been beating my head against the "wall" for a couple of years and think I have found my answer. Everyone I have interacted with from Shappify has been great. I am in... all in!
