i had an issues withe the coding part where my options did not show on my products. moreover, Deleen was superb, hes very helpful.

I have been using Bold Product Options for a couple years now and have been very pleased, especially with their customer support. Jeff was able to spend time with me today via chat and answer all of the issues I had with a recent site conversation. Having solid customer service is so important.

There was an issue with “add to cart” and this was very critical to get fixed asap. Mrunal & Nitesh, help em to resolve this issues right away so my website could be fully functioning.

Though I was able to use the app and set everything up it wasn't showing up in my online store. Jeff was great. He resolved my issue really quickly. Less than 20 minutes. Now everything is up and ready to go!

I have used this app on more than a dozen websites. I've tried others, but Bold Product Options is by far the best available. Not only does it have excellent advanced features and customizations, but the customer support is as good as you'll ever find!

Great for adding in more product options. Just wish they allowed you to add barcode numbers to the product options for scan and packing

Alina was wonderful. We have had some issues in the past and Alina was very patient with our process and was very helpful. Although this app isn't the easiest one we use, it works perfectly for us and the customer service is fantastic. Specifically, Irfan was very helpful as we work to update our site to Shopify 2.0.
