Not only is the app really great, but the service is absolutely incredible. Nicholas helped me on multiple occasions with code issues with a previous app and due to a custom theme. He went above and beyond my expectations and delivered everything in record time. I highly recommend using this product.

I've been using this app since 2019 and it has been a game-changer for the customizations on my website! Customer service is always helpful and very quick to resolve my issues. Lately, I was having trouble with add-ons disappearing when a customer used a third-party checkout buttons from the cart page, so I reached out to BOLD for help. I forgot to allow them access into my orders to further investigate but Daniel took initiative to look through my code and saw that I was missing some lines of code that made sure add-ons stayed in my cart even with third-party payment apps, so he added it to a duplicate copy of my theme and told me to check it out before publishing. It worked! So quick to resolve an issue with little back and forth! Thank you!!

This app has been a HUGE benefit to us! One of our differentiators is our massive customization offerings, and with Shopify's limitations on variants, we couldn't do what we do without BOLD. Yes the install takes a bit of work because you do need to get their team to help install sometimes, but it's worth it and you get to connect to someone to ensure it's done correctly. The only thing I wish is that Bold didn't make you pay so much for each app. Buying one of their products should give you a big discount on their others but it doesn't. Alina helped me make sure that the installation process was smooth and made me feel confident that If any problems arose the Bold team would be there to help.

Love this app and love the customer service. Today, Jeff went well above and beyond! I just moved off an options app to Bold Product Options and the customer service is excellent; responsive and knowledgeable. The app works so much better and looks great on my page!

I've been using Product Options by Bold for over 5 years. This is a great app and has never failed us. With many variations of products, this app gave us the flexibility to offer hundreds of variations, and is a must for our business. Jeff is right there currently as we're attempting to change from an older, paid theme to a brand new, free 2.0 theme from Shopify.

This app is a life saver! We sell original artwork with the option to frame and this app keeps track of the inventory so we don't accidentally double sell the artwork. Jeff and Deelen was also very helpful via customer support and helped me with my questions quickly!

We use this app to offer our specific hemming options, but were having some issues in getting our options to perform the way that we were hoping. I spoke with Daniel Peter-Salawu in the help chat and he was able to go into our shopify/bold account and help us to get everything straightened out in no time! He was extremely helpful and worked very fast to provide us with solutions. Very happy with the app and the customer support we received!

Works really well and does exactly what I need it to. Support are super helpful - asked about one issue and that was fixed within an hour or so and they also spotted another issue on the site while doing that which they advised me about (thanks Alina!) UPDATE - needed futher support after changing my theme and Alina was again super quick and helpful. Thanks so much Alina for your assistance.

I have been using this app for a few years now and it has always been a great way for me to add the many options we offer to our products. The app allows me to add items at no extra cost for choice of application or to add items with extra costs. Some of my products have 10+ options added in. The app is Great! A few months ago we made some upgrades to our theme and had some SEO work done and I noticed that my site began showing the hidden options for our Bold app in our search bar. I reached out to Bold and Dylan immediately responded and took care of the issue and when he wasn't sure on the final fix he escalated the issue to the next level and they promptly fixed the issue. The site is working and the app is working and all is good. Thank you Dylan and Bold for a great team and a great app!
