It's great app. With Bold, i can add the customize input to collect my customer's opinion. And i also appreciate Mayank, the guy who help me with this.

This team is great. I set up some quite complicated bundles on our store and connected with Chintan, Rick, Samuel, Daniel, Carter, and I'm sure a handful of other members of the Bold team throughout the process. They are always extremely willing to help and ready to jump in. I am so appreciative of them—I probably called Rick at least 5 times with questions during our setup process and he (and the whole team!) was very patient with me.

Priyanka with customer support has showed exceptional support and has me excited to be a bold customer. Extremely fast support!

Incredibly useful app that runs circles around the integrated Shopify variants / recommended accessories. Plus, Bold has the best customer support in all of Shopifyland.

Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business. Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time. Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide. Update 2023: Still amazing support! As I migrated to a new theme Deleen was able to quickly come up with a solution for me that enabled me to configure the app exactly how I wanted.

We've tried several product option apps over the past 2 years but none of them come close to Bold Options. You can do pretty much anything imaginable with this app. On top of the great app, Bold provides better support than any other app company I've ever worked with. I can't recommend Bold Product Options enough.
