This team is great. I set up some quite complicated bundles on our store and connected with Chintan, Rick, Samuel, Daniel, Carter, and I'm sure a handful of other members of the Bold team throughout the process. They are always extremely willing to help and ready to jump in. I am so appreciative of them—I probably called Rick at least 5 times with questions during our setup process and he (and the whole team!) was very patient with me.

Incredibly useful app that runs circles around the integrated Shopify variants / recommended accessories. Plus, Bold has the best customer support in all of Shopifyland.

He went over the top to help navigate my special circumstances with the Themeforest Theme that my clients wanted which needed some special edits on the same day that I was trying to launch! Where do i start, Samantha first and then Rony. Both were outstanding, i was for sure a headache to chat with, although the lovely two people would never admit it. Aryan also very good the following day. Thank you. They were amazing, any problem was never too big and they went through all my questions with great attitude, with smile emojis all the way from beginning to end. I've used this app to easily create multiple product options for several different variants - there's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer support team is very accessible and easy to work with! (*Shout out Camila for continued assistance whenever it's needed*)

Elite Titles have used this app for many years faultlessly. It is great. We had a little glitch with an option pricing update on the store which Mona fixed within the hour - super service, and at a time when we are all struggling to keep on top of our game. Stay safe.

Bold Apps is #1. From the design of their apps all the way to their customer service, these guys rock. We've been using them for over 4 years and have used several of their apps and have never been disappointed with them. Their customer service is incredible. Quit dinking around with other apps and start using bold.
