Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business. Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time. Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide. Update 2023: Still amazing support! As I migrated to a new theme Deleen was able to quickly come up with a solution for me that enabled me to configure the app exactly how I wanted.

Nir was an amazing customer support person who went above and beyond. I did not expect this level of service since I've had bad experiences in the past with subpar service where only "by the book" responses were given. Nir really knows his stuff and I would have had to pay a developer hundreds of dollars if not for him. Thanks!

After several successful years with Version 1 of Product Options we just switched to V2. This app is indispensable and just a gold mine for our store. The liquid installation was done quickly and efficiently and a few glitches were solved professionally and efficiently. But it was the personal way in which Camila and Navjot handled the communication during the process that really made me like Bold now even more than before. Thanks from Germany to everyone at Bold for your ingenuity and customer service.

Seems great so far, needed to talk to support and both Raphael and Naman were very helpful :) Would be nice if the currency conversion worked perfectly but they recommended a free app to fix this so hopefully this should do what I need!

So we added this app to our website www.BackChairBag.com to offer Personalization to our customers when they want to add there name or initial / Monogramming to there Back Chair Bags. I Must say I went through a few different apps here on shopify app store and this one is THE BEST! Samantha was a great help to get us up and running she walked me through the steps and I must say it was very smooth! SAMANTHA you are the BEST! This has been a great app for my store. I wish it was a little cheaper, but works well. Every time I've had a problem (And that's not much), the support team has always been quick to help. Shout out to Vighnesh for the help! I recommend this app.
