The app does a great job and has added quite a bit of revenue to our site by allowing an easy way for customers to add small upgrades to their order. I had some issues when installing a new theme, and they were extremely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the app to any other business owner who wants to add paid product upgrades or a simple way for customers to add personalization or notes to their orders.

We always recommend making a duplicate copy of your theme before inserting the code just in case. :-) But our team of installers are always ready to help in case anything goes wrong, especially when there's a lot of code. This app allows me to offer complex product options without slowing the site down. I previously tried used Shopify's variants, but with the color choices I offer they were unable to process the options. Bold Product Options is a perfect solution. The customer service I've been receiving is amazing. Honestly, its the best I've ever received. There was no problem they could not solve and were so generous with their time. I have to thank Val in particular for her help. Come for the app - stay for the service!!

such a genius team... lovvvvvvvvve them guys all . although i have not finished my installation yet , but!!!!!! i have felt grand love from each officer like Taylor, Jade,Paul, and Ankur ,and Laurel. those guys all are very awesome !!!! recommend to all of you !!!! bold must be a great company !!! only a good company ...then will have good customers relationship management !!!!!

Really enjoying the Bold Features thus far. Jennifer was very helpful - customer support for Bold is great. Love the live chat feature, I never have to wait and they're always willing to look into the problem deeper and figure out the problem. Thanks!

I have been using the Bold Product Options app for over a year. It’s unbelievable that Shopify doesn’t allow this kind of customization out of the box, but Bold truly unlocks the potential. The app is jam packed with valuable features, and we consistently use it to cross-sell to increase average order value. Even better than the app though is their technical support. The apps are very complex, so inevitably sometimes you will have conflict with different themes. The Bold team has always swiftly addressed our concerns and implemented fixes. We recently had our add to cart button stop working. Discovered after hours at 10PM on a Friday. Got a response from Brenden at midnight saying he would take a call then, and Julian had the code fully fixed by 10AM. Unbelievable customer support. 5****

This app has allowed me to offer my customers multi-option custom product ordering. I was able to install on my own and get it to 90% of what I wanted to do. Nirav and Navjot were extremely helpful in getting my store the rest of the way. Will definitely recommend!
