Thank you, Rony, Shubneet, Sam!! We updated our website and nothing transferred over and the people at Bold just swooped in and did everything for us! It makes our store flow so much better with the product options and the customer service is super attentive and efficient. 5/5 would recommend!

I have been using the Bold Product Options app for over a year. It’s unbelievable that Shopify doesn’t allow this kind of customization out of the box, but Bold truly unlocks the potential. The app is jam packed with valuable features, and we consistently use it to cross-sell to increase average order value. Even better than the app though is their technical support. The apps are very complex, so inevitably sometimes you will have conflict with different themes. The Bold team has always swiftly addressed our concerns and implemented fixes. We recently had our add to cart button stop working. Discovered after hours at 10PM on a Friday. Got a response from Brenden at midnight saying he would take a call then, and Julian had the code fully fixed by 10AM. Unbelievable customer support. 5****

This app has allowed me to offer my customers multi-option custom product ordering. I was able to install on my own and get it to 90% of what I wanted to do. Nirav and Navjot were extremely helpful in getting my store the rest of the way. Will definitely recommend!

Product Options has been wonderful for our store, we love the flexibility it gives us. Jonnathan and Sam were very helpful today when I inadvertently made a change the broke the display of our options. Great support when you know just enough to be dangerous!

Bold Product Options worked like a charm for what we needed on our site. We tried several different apps prior to Bold (simply because of the price), but going with Bold is worth it! Top notch customer service (Rick, Nick, Marty, and Val are rockstars!) and just the ease of the app interface surpasses the others. If you're contemplating if this is the right app for your commerce site, just give it a try and you'll be convinced.

Rony, MC, Mona, Nicholas were extremely helpful, fast and remembered my store and prior cases which gave me a feeling of continuity and being dealt with by actual company employees not some call center somewhere... Compared to 5 years ago when i started to use Bold Product Options, support now has improved significantly. They can now install product options to your current theme within the day. They also respond to inquiries and requests in a few mins. It was very different compared to before. I am happy with the service.

Well, we just got started with the app but already have seen a couple up sales. I’ve got several ideas on how to use this app and think it is going to do wonders for us. I can’t want to dig deeper into it over the next few months. I’ve only had one time I reached out about installation and they were very quick and helpful.

The conditional logic of this program is a welcome change to the many other apps in the store, and the colour swatches are super fun!

I've been using this app for a while and I recently upgraded to the premium version and ran into some trouble getting the options to show up on my website. I did a chat support session with Harpreet and Rony and my problem was solved on the first try. Thanks for the help!

We have been using the app for many, many years now. It works great and they have THE BEST customer support. We highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way! I am hoping they release a ton of other apps, too! Everything is so intuitive and easy to work with.
