Bold Product Options worked like a charm for what we needed on our site. We tried several different apps prior to Bold (simply because of the price), but going with Bold is worth it! Top notch customer service (Rick, Nick, Marty, and Val are rockstars!) and just the ease of the app interface surpasses the others. If you're contemplating if this is the right app for your commerce site, just give it a try and you'll be convinced.

Rony, MC, Mona, Nicholas were extremely helpful, fast and remembered my store and prior cases which gave me a feeling of continuity and being dealt with by actual company employees not some call center somewhere... Love the product line and feel very confident building my business on the back of what they've created here at BOLD

Compared to 5 years ago when i started to use Bold Product Options, support now has improved significantly. They can now install product options to your current theme within the day. They also respond to inquiries and requests in a few mins. It was very different compared to before. I am happy with the service.

Exceptionally helpful! This company consistently delivers when you need them to assist you in "uncharted" waters. My website was recently redesigned, Bold Product Options was added & I needed technical & coding assistance. This company went above and beyond to deliver the results I was looking for & they were happy to help me! Highly recommend this App and the company!

Well, we just got started with the app but already have seen a couple up sales. I’ve got several ideas on how to use this app and think it is going to do wonders for us. I can’t want to dig deeper into it over the next few months. I’ve only had one time I reached out about installation and they were very quick and helpful.

I've been using this app for a while and I recently upgraded to the premium version and ran into some trouble getting the options to show up on my website. I did a chat support session with Harpreet and Rony and my problem was solved on the first try. Thanks for the help!

We have been using the app for many, many years now. It works great and they have THE BEST customer support. We highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way! I am hoping they release a ton of other apps, too! Everything is so intuitive and easy to work with.

I am very glad that I'd given this app a second chance after I'd uninstalled for the first time, when I couldn't find any other better options app than Bold's! I am also extremely grateful to the wonderful team on helping me solve every single, big and small issue I had faced with Bold Product Options on my Clean theme. No way I can run my store without using this app! It provides the customisation I needed for my customers and I love how easy it is to apply the options. The app is not so compatible with the theme I'm using and initially that causes quite a lot of big and small problems, one leading to another. But the team didn't give up instead they looked deeper into every issue and solve it for me with such wonderful attitude and effort! A big thumbs up for MC and Samuel for helping with the technical parts solving the deeper issues. And I would like to specially commend Brenden and Jonnathan, who always went the extra mile for me whenever I logged in my issues via chat. They have been such wonderful support and I respect them!

I just started using this app and the Bold team is more than helpful in assisting with the install. Without question, I would not hesitate recommending Bold's app based on my experience with their team and functionally of their app. To say the team and app are top notch would be an understatement!

I had an issue installing this app with my current theme, and contacted Bold - communication was fast and clear - and they had my issue resolved in 24 hours. I tried a few other option apps before settling on Bold - and none even came close to usability and features. THANK YOU!
