I am quite a novice in this and couldn´t make it work. But I just get super service from Bold and they are helping me implement the app.

Great customer service! Really enjoy the app and it does exactly what it needs to while being easy to operate on the back end. I had an issue with the installation of the app on my website and Nirav went above and beyond to help me solve the problem very quickly and efficiently.

We've been using Options for years. Although it's not the easiest to set up, the functionality is close to limitless. The support team is usually very efficient and good at what they do.

Super app with an absolutely amazing team of techs eager to assist. Kelsey was incredible to work with-extremely professional and eager to help me not only resolve my issue but help me understand the process. Mayank was also extremely helpful. Both the app and the team are superb! I highly recommend Bold for every business!

So far it seems like a good app but for it to integrate with recurring subs there's an upgrade to premium needed. Chintan was very helpful in walking me through the functionality.

The app initially had a few issues that needed tweaking to work well with our Shopify app, however there's live customer service support that makes things easier/quicker to fix. In particular, Camila was amazing at providing the help I needed - and I had a lot of questions. Definitely the best customer service I've had in a while, thanks again Camila!

This app has everything I need, including; many different types of options (e.g. text only field), many display customisations and a robust conditional options feature. On top of that, customer service is out of this world. Rick and Brysen were extremely patient, empathetic and knowledge when I made some inquires and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I my needs were met. Highly recommend BOLD apps based off the customer service alone.

Easy to use, and a key enabler for our print on demand business. 100% would recommend anyone with a customizable product to use this. Kelsey from customer service was a great help too!
