BOLD always does a great job with the updates and getting the installation in for the new web stores.

Great app. I added my options as I wanted them to my products successfully. I even had the option to customize them. The automated installation process didn't work at the beginning ( I believe this was because of my theme), but the support team of BOLD app helped me on that and they had it fixed in less than 12 hours!! The support was excellent. Totally recommended

We are very happy with this application; it allows us to sell some of our products more easily. The support team is very responsive, highly professional, and always attentive. Thanks to the entire team — from the managers to the developers...

This app is great - it has performed really well for us over the years - upgrading to 2.0 version does have its challenges but customer service team does a great job of assisting.

Great customer service. Helped install the app in less than an hour. Responsive to support requests. Used it for unlimited variants at first and will dig into all its other features in the future.

Had minimal difficulty. Was quick and relatively easy for a non computer geek. When I did have an issue I used the chat feature and Harpeet walked me thru the two major issues I was having in about 10mins. I dont have many items that involve customization but if you do, I really think this might be the way to go

Bold customer service was fantastic once again! We had a problem with Bold Options products failing at the Add to cart. Samuel and Shubhneet fixed the problem quickly and everything works like a charm again. Thanks guys!

I’m new to Product Options and needed help understanding how to configure the conditional logic functionality. Rick, from their team went above & beyond to help set it up for me. I am still trying to fine tune it and their team is super responsive and very helpful. I am super-small business and trying to keep costs down, so I have been hesitant to spend extra on Apps. I am confident that once I get Product Options working for my physical products, it will more than pay for itself. Thanks Bold team!!

Brenden, who was FABULOUS, assisted me in getting the Bold Product Options app and the Bold Upsell app installed an operational. I am THRILLED with the functionality of both apps! Brenden was a terrific representative for the Bold Company! I commend Brenden for his professionalism while being exceptionally patient, and I commend Bold for creating such a useful and powerful app! Thank you from a candymaker in Michigan!

Great app. Very intuitive and works as anticipated. Had a question about the order of options on product page and Julian was quick to explain. Good customer service. I’ll be keeping this app.

Great app that is done really well. Most importantly, they have an awesome support team that can help with issues. Sarah helped solved my issue in a few minutes and I'm now up and running! And, Rifat also helped making a complex css issue absolutely simple!

Using the app for about a year now. Love it. Has made me solid amount of money and will continue to do so in the future. The support is quick, friendly and highly competent. Would recommend this app to everyone.

Excellent App - Easily Stylable to match your stores in-build variant selectors. Unlimited customisation and all pulls through nicely at checkout with no problems. No other choice for those that need to apply a complex set of options to their products. Shoutout to Julian and Mona from BOLD who rapidly assisted with implementation and bug-checking/fixing with a very quick turnaround.

Love this app, makes my life a whole lot easier than if I didn't have it, and keeps my store organized. Also their support team is great! SAM helped me out with an issue I ran into that was causing me to lose sleep, haha. Definitely recommend!! d
