Guri & Shawn saved my Black Friday sale -- they came to my rescue at 1:30am when the pricing would not change on my options. They are my heroes & I am so grateful for their help. It takes some time to get set up but it really is the only good option out there! Trust me I tried 5 other apps before going with Bold. If you want one that actually works and does what you want it to then this is for you. Also, great support from their online chat including Guri who really helped me even during the busy holiday push.

I updated the Style of my theme and didn't quite hit the mark getting everything squared away with liquid. Cody with the Support Chat was awesome. Got me sent over to the install team and requested a rush to get us back online and selling again. Big thank you to the support team. Will keep you posted ;)

I used this option to help me provide many complicated options for my products. I was able to accomplish this with the Bold Options app very easily! Brenden was a fabulous help when I had some questions. He was very patient with me and walked me through. He was a pleasure to work with.

Initially had a bad experience - Was contacted immediately by support after leaving a review for them to assist I must say after 48 hours of emails and calls it seems a lot better - ill keep my eye on the system and update my review accordingly but so far so good and great service from MC and the team

I use Bold Product Options for all my products to personalize them. I had a small issue with colors and they fixed it for me within 15 minutes. Amazing support!!

Helpful on Chat! Samuel answered my questions and put to rest a few small worries. I have a few to go, unfortunately, outside the scope of Product Options by Bold. I enjoy what I've found thus far. A very advanced application that can handle intricate pricing tasks further than what I have yet to find.

Parminder the Ninja (image picture) was able to complete my issue quickly and painless. I needed to display the varient i added on the top of my products to the bottom of the product. This was done through the chat option, no call or email needed! Thank you.
