Love this app! It has saved me and made the ordering process for my customers a breeze! As an artist with highly personalized products, it has always been a struggle to simplify my listing pages. I used this app. to facilitate the purchase process as I have a super complicated products. The app. was able to resolve about 80% of my challenges with ease as I'm really dummy when it comes to configuration or learning a new software. The Support was outstanding and professional. If only they have the 20% that I'm missing to have a perfect website. But perfect doesn't exist no?

First and foremost, themes matter. Be sure to talk to support and use the professional integration service for your theme and start testing with all of your payment methods to make sure the integration works - we had to escalate to a 2nd Tier programmer at bold to fix. Also check your email confirmations + shipping confirmations & have the bold team fix those to eliminate the "unnecessary" coding ~ the customer really doesn't need that gibberish in their box! We absolutely love this app. & use it on just about all of our products ~ It really works seamlessly, and is an excellent performer.

Bold Product Options is a user friendly app that is simple to use and works flawlessly. The customer support team is really on top of things. Open a ticket and they will stay after any issues you may have until you are comfortable using it. We turn to Bold apps as first choice when we need any extras stock shopify does not offer.

We make semi-custom clothing and our basic shirt comes in more than 3000 options. This app is one of the only reasons we are able to use Shopify. Also, since our products are made to order, it is imperative that we are able to export orders to our database as well as Shopify POS - including all the options. This was the ONLY app we could find that allowed us to do so. (Using Xporter by eShopAdmin - they work perfectly together!) My only suggestions would be to enable me to to duplicate an entire Option Set because I have some products that have a single difference from another product and I had to set up a new Set from the beginning. You can add more than one product to the same Option Set if all the options are the same. They did the install and have been very responsive to questions. Do not be put off by the price! It truly is the best Options app out there.

Simply put, without this app, I would not be in business. I recently switched to Shopify from Oscommerce. Under oscommerce I was able to have as many variations as I wanted. However, oscommerce is lacking in many areas, so I needed to switch to a different web host. I chose Shopify, but only after switching realized that I would be limited in the amount of product options I could offer. That would not work, as my customers rely on me for custom made gear, and I can only offer that with lots of options for each listing. I have one product that has almost 2 dozen options, giving you thousands of possible configurations. Needless to say, I panicked. I was not ready for that, and thought I had made a huge mistake switching to Shopify. Anyway, started searching for possible solutions and found your app. To be honest, I was a little disappointed to see that it would cost a recurring monthly fee instead of just a one time purchase, but you have to remember I am coming from an open source shopping cart where everything was free. But I bit the bullet and am glad I did. The way your app organizes all the options is much easier to use than Oscommerce. So, it saves me time in editing and creating new product options. Plus it integrates very nicely with my listings and looks very professional. Without your app, I would have most likely have had to switch to another web host/shopping cart. So, I definitely thank you for this app and my customers thank you. They have been very impressed with my new site and how it is laid out with all the custom options they can choose from.

I had an issue with using this app after changing my website theme. I reached out to BOLD support who were a really huge help in discovering the problem. Guri, Rose and Charles all chimed in on our conversation and were all super great to chat with. Guri put in an Installation Request for me, and when I had additional questions after the chat ended, Charles was able to answer them for me. Every single person was kind and helpful. Love BOLD support!

The product options app is by far the best app on the market for this type of functionality. Very intuitive to use and easy to learn quickly. Very affordable and reliable app since most business rely heavily on its function. Separate from all of that, the best part of the app is the ongoing support and availability from the team. Brenden and Guri on chat support are basically my saviors as they have helped with immediate needs. They get very involved and helped implement and fix the options and conditions I could not figure out. This company is top notch and widely used. Support Team is awesome and quick to respond and escalates issues as needed. Thanks again team. Highly recommend!!!

I was having trouble with the options showing up live initially and chat support was very quick to help me out. They created a ticket for me and someone email followed up within 20 minutes with a resolution! Super speedy!

Great app! With many different price points on a "build your own" product, it took a bit of manipulation to get the conditions correct, but with Nicholas' help, (and a huge help he was!!) it is up and running perfectly! Thanks again Nicholas!

Bold went above and beyond over and over - our theme is little complicated and has snazzy ajax based features requiring a bit more work than the basic install. Lawrence helped install the app into our theme and as little bugs came up, he addressed them incredibly quickly. We spent some time trying to use free product option apps, and honestly regret wasting the time. Bold Options is THE extra options app to use on shopify, especially considering their incredible customer service and expert dev team. Thank you so much Bold, thank you Lawrence.

Amazing! First of all let me state that we would not be able run our website without the Bold Product Options app. A way to offer custom options on our products is 100% necessary. Secondly, the technical support is A+ if and when issues do seldom occur the response time is extremely fast. I have worked with Lawerence and he is superb. Very attentive and prompt to resolve any issue that we experience. Lastly, the app is great app with lots of design options so it actually looks professional and you can customize it to match your theme. We have the premium version and it is worth every dollar to have the swatch options and conditional logic etc. They are constantly improving the app and design features.
