This product has allowed to add purchase options to quite a lot of our products. The app is easy to use and will allow us to start a whole new business venture with custom blends. The future is more promising than ever because of this product! They integrated the system for us, so we did not have to do as much work as expected.

It's in Staging mode for now as we're testing it out still but so far so good. Really helpful support and Developers are quick to optimize the app to our needs. Feel free to outreach them if you need some specific customization. We're missing some functionality like picking add-on item from Shopify catalog instead of upload images from the zero but Developers mentioned they're working on increasing features in a future and collect all feature requests from their customers, so hopefully our request will be heard. Thank you!

I took a look into your requests and I just wanted to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication that has come from our end regarding your escalated installation. It normally takes a few business days for our Tier 2 team to test and work on more complex issues, however you absolutely should have received better communication than what was given (which was none, from what I can see). On behalf of our customer service team, I just wanted to once again say how sorry I am for the lack of communication. It's certainly not how we aim to conduct ourselves, and this certainly should have been handled a lot differently. One of our specialists has reached out to you in order to discuss the entirety of this issue (and your original request) further, and we hope to be able to rectify things with you. However, we also understand you need to do what's best for your business, even if that means using a different app.

Since starting to use Bold Product Options we've had an awesome experience, especially when it comes to customer support! Raphael helped us install the Bold Product Options app and matched the style of our theme. Great work and quick response! Nicholas dialed in the options to fit out needs and made sure they work well throughout the entire store! Quick turn around times and awesome work from everyone we've interacted with at Bold.

The app does a great job and has added quite a bit of revenue to our site by allowing an easy way for customers to add small upgrades to their order. I had some issues when installing a new theme, and they were extremely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the app to any other business owner who wants to add paid product upgrades or a simple way for customers to add personalization or notes to their orders.

We always recommend making a duplicate copy of your theme before inserting the code just in case. :-) But our team of installers are always ready to help in case anything goes wrong, especially when there's a lot of code. so far so good. i have not rolled out to the public but getting it installed and ready for my new theme was a breeze. Bold Merchants were able to install the theme in 2 days.

I have used the app for years and it works really well for my store's needs. I recently had some order details not come through, used the online chat and spoke with Jeff who discovered the issue quickly and then fixed it for me. The problem was the Shop Pay checkout that Shopify added. Great experience overall with this app.

The best tech support I've ever had with an app. I've been emailing support back and forth all day and they have been helping me and implementing changes that I've asked for. For example, I asked if they could make all options input boxes the same length. 1 hour later it was done. They edited the code for me.

I can't thank Bold Products and Nirav enough for all the help and support they have provided me to help solve a major problem I was facing. I bought this app so I could offer my clients a variety of options when they came to my website to order my fine art work, which is available on fine art paper, gallery wrapped canvas, and aluminum in a variety of sizes, as well as, give my customers the option to order a variety of colors in the matte boards and frames to go with the art! On top of all that, I needed a software that could handle a matrix of pricing and values to each of the options as each option was selected or added to the product order. I needed an app that could handle this complex set of issue now, as well as in the future, as I add more product materials, sizes, and pricing. I needed a very complex yet fluid app that was easy and simple to use on the front end for the customer as well. Nirav, my customer service technician, was so well versed on the back end and so helpful looking at my overall needs and then customizing the app to work for my specific needs. Thanks so much Nirav. You are awesome!

This is a great app that provided the additional custom product options we needed, and the support is Priceless! We had a client site that needed to be built with 100s of products in a handful of days and we made the dealine #Boldsavedtheday Thank YOU Rony and Navjot!!

This app allows me to offer complex product options without slowing the site down. I previously tried used Shopify's variants, but with the color choices I offer they were unable to process the options. Bold Product Options is a perfect solution. The customer service I've been receiving is amazing. Honestly, its the best I've ever received. There was no problem they could not solve and were so generous with their time. I have to thank Val in particular for her help. Come for the app - stay for the service!!
