Super powerful app. Can't imagine doing what we do without it. Awesome team as well. I think our theme was a more difficult then normal install and we also wanted to do some odd things, and the Bold Team was there to help every step of the way. They really went above and beyond!

Does exactly what is says it will do. Relatively easy to use, but their support is great if you have any questions or get stuck. Highly recommend! I use the premium version and it has been great!!

We have been using product options and product up sell for 6 months or so and the app is super easy to navigate and use. You won't need to google how to use it or email support if you have any level of common sense. When you do need support for any install queries or anything like that they are very quick to reply.

The ability to display all the possible combinations of options our manufacturers have is a major consideration for us. Product Options does it! Have been using the Customer Pricing app in another store and knew Product Options would deliver as described. Because of our theme, installation was a bit trickier and the Bold customer service was efficient and, supportive. Quick and pleasant response on a couple of tweaks and the app is performing very well.

Can you give a 10 Star Review on a 5 Star Review Scale? If so count me in! We choose Shopify for it's combination of simplicity and being able to scale up if need be. (fingers crossed) Well Shopify's variants do not play well in the computer sector. We wanted the ability to add customization to all of our products we sell. Shopify does allow this but it sees each variant as a separate product, where you have to add a qty for each variant. That does not work for us and would have been a mess. Bold's Product Options added the flexibility of adding the Options the way we wanted and still allowing us to use Shopify's inventory management system. Thank you Bold Team for your quick response time every time we needed it! You kept us from considering other platforms due to Shopify's weak customization of the products! Bravo to Bold!

Each time I contact BOLD I’m blown away by the service I receive. I wish all my APPS could be from BOLD as if there are any problems they have the resources to resolve any issues, unlike any other APP I have found where support is usually very limited. Lawrence resolved my product options issue; the service was first class. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Had a very slight bug on ios products but Lawrence, Cole and Alexa spent 2 weeks working on it to resolve the issue which seemed to be largely due to another app anyway. I'm sold on bold. Worth the monthly cost for sure.

By far the best Product Options app available on Shopify! Customer service is second to none and the team was very patient with all of our requests for customizing the app to fit our store. The feedback from our customers has been amazing and we are extremely happy with all of the changes that we, at first, didn't think was possible with Shopify!

This is the best options app by a LOOOOONG shot. The support team is great, and you can add just about any and every option you can think of. The app autogenerates hidden variations of products so you don't have to manage them yourself. I can't recommend this app enough!

I've been using Product Options for about two weeks or so, and I cannot praise this app enough! It's made creating & editing products SO easy - I'm building a Shopify storefront from my current Etsy shop, and this has allowed so much more flexibility in options for my customers. I especially love that I can add fields for customers to fill in right on the product page! Hoping it will help with order processing immensely! I also can't say enough good things about their customer support. I contacted support late Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning MC had emailed me ready to help! She was so quick at solving a couple issues I was having and now everything is running perfectly. Ever grateful for her help, especially on a Saturday! All in all, highly recommend!

I've had this app running on my store for about a year and a half now. We offer up to seven options on a single product and we wouldn't be able to offer that to our customers without this app. It does not work like a standard shopify variant because it adds a product sku to the initial product sku instead of modifying a variant sku. Basically, each BOLD option will show up as a separate line item in the customer's check out page. This works great for us as the options relate to swappable products within a bundle and keeps our inventory system very clean. Having conditional logic also allows us to keep the default options simple for new customers but still allows us to offer advanced options for returning customers offering even more product customization without overwhelming customers. Best of all, however, is their support. They DO NOT nickle and dime you for reasonable customization to their code. Working with one of their support techs is both quick and pleasant. I see no reason to look into other product option apps.
