SC Product Options

Have been using this app for over a year now and it has been easy to setup and stable to use. Great for lots of products that need options for customer to select. Love it!

The Product Options app by Bold has really worked well for us using the default (Debut) theme. With the help of Alexa, we were able to tweak the settings it to get it to work with our UI (desktop and mobile) perfectly. She responded extremely quickly (ie within 5-10) mins to each of our requests. She even made suggestions that ultimately were implemented for a better UX experience.

We use more than one of your products but I'll just talk about product options. We use product options to allow customers to custom order a belt. They can choose to monogram it for a completely custom product. We launched this around father's day and saw a handful of sales from this the first day - contributing to a larger average cart and it paid for itself in the first day!

This app made it easy and fast to allow our customers to customize a security camera system. The number of options creates a staggering array of possibilities but this app made it painless...

This is a fantastic app and it's been a wonderful add-on to our store in which I am currently working on. It has the additional variant features that are not available on the standard Shopify templates, making it an important add-on for any Shopify store. The support service is second to none. I'm working on getting my shop perfect before relaunching it - and I needed something that allowed for more customizations, conditional logic, and wouldn't drive me insane trying to code using line item properties - Bold Product Options fits the ticket perfectly. While I'm still working through getting it just right and implementing it perfectly for my future customers - I had some particular things I wanted it to do while testing it out. I reached out to Bold for some help, and within an hour MC was on it and she had it taken care of within two short emails - absolutely THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had with any app, or theme designer, since I joined Shopify in 2014. The team is just outstanding. I had a problem during integration into a new template and some coding got messed up. they were able to fix the problem immediately and helped me twice with problems that had nothing to do with their app. This guys are on top of their game.

OK so I am on the highest paid plan, but all I have to say is that my website could not function without it. I have many variants and hundreds of products. This app allowed me to add this options to the products simultaneously! This saved me months of work trying to add options to each product which is what you could only do with Shopify. Also I can add different options for specific collections. I also have an option on every product with delivery dates that my customers can choose along with price variations for the weekend deliveries. I have 3-4 months worth of dates, everyday I delete one date, which means my customers cannot order for the next day. This is so brilliant because it can happen across my entire product range in a minute! I absolutely love Product Options by Bold. Just check out one of my products and you'll see the many options to choose.

I've researched a few options, and this is by far the best. Powerful, works as advertised, and lots of features. But more importantly, the customer service is amazing. They've answered every question I've had, usually same day on weekdays. And they've gone above and beyond in addressing any issues I've had. Excellent support!

Exactly what I was looking for! The feature set is perfect for my requirements. The integration of the app into an AJAX theme was done fast by the support team at BOLD. The support in the live chat and via email was fantastic as well. Comprehensive guides, tutorials, videos, etc. make the BOLD experience a fluid and enjoyable one!

The Product Options by BOLD was the only app we found on Shopify that would take care of the complicated, customized, variants we have to each product. With countless paint finishes, fabric choices, and cushion options it takes a lot to build out a product but BOLD makes it work beautifully. They recently made some much needed upgrades we had been requesting so we love that they listen to their client's needs.
