The team at Bold offer by far the best customer service of any 3rd party app developer I have dealt with on shopify. Immediate email responses, quick fixes, and in house app customization if you need to modify their apps to better suit your purpose.

This app is really useful for setting up conditional variants and individually managing inventory on each of them. I ran into a few hiccups getting the setup to work, but Guri from their livechat support helped me out and answered way more questions than they had to. This is probably one of four apps from bold I use on my site and they make awesome stuff.

It takes some time to get set up but it really is the only good option out there! Trust me I tried 5 other apps before going with Bold. If you want one that actually works and does what you want it to then this is for you. Also, great support from their online chat including Guri who really helped me even during the busy holiday push.

Samuel and Brenden helped me with editing my code today. I've contacted the company a few times via chat and support tickets. Assistance has always been quick, professional, and easy peasy! This app has helped me streamline my store's product options (which were a NECESSITY). Along the way I had a glitch with Bold & PayPal/Apple Pay checkouts, but Alexa & team helped solve my issues quickly! I updated the Style of my theme and didn't quite hit the mark getting everything squared away with liquid. Cody with the Support Chat was awesome. I used this option to help me provide many complicated options for my products. I was able to accomplish this with the Bold Options app very easily! Brenden was a fabulous help when I had some questions. He was very patient with me and walked me through. He was a pleasure to work with.

The app was fantastic - the only app that could do what we were looking for, we had thousands of option sets that we needed to apply and this one was the only way we could do it. Zachary from support was amazing thru out the whole process and helped in anyway he could to ensure we were 100% happy with the end result. Very impressed with both the app and the service!

I chose this app because I needed to have product variants—as well as—color swatches. I do not know coding and Bold did the installation for me. Definitely an added plus! The team from Bold did their best to resolve my concerns all while keeping the communication open in a timely fashion! Customer service is awesome!
