Great app :-) Works perfect with my shop. Right now I only use it as "gift wrap" option, but I will use it to offer my customers custom settings on a product.

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!

Great product and easy to use once you get the hang of it. All the tools they have to offer is valuable and necessary to many e-commerce website like ours.

We use this app for custom engraving on our store and it works very well. It was the best we came across to help us figure out image uploads and text options for customers. Would highly suggest! www.SipDark.com

We have used this app for several months now and it really does save time! Very easy to use and the customer support team is very responsive. Would recommend if you have lots of variations of products.

This App was exactly what our business needed. I literally couldn't run my business without it! We sell highly customizable high-end flutes, lots of options, and our clients wouldn't have it any other way. Bold's Product options app is easy to use, the interface is easy to understand, and the support has been fast, easy, and inexpensive (when we needed some custom work done). Really great app!

Great app, we use it heavily on our website, SensorPros.com. Dropdown menus are a must for complex product configurations, which for some of our products is in the hundreds of thousands!

I've been using Bold apps for about a year now. Specifically, I love Bold options the most. We have an EXTENSIVE array of options and conditional logic that needs to be applied to each product. No other app even comes close. Thanks Bold!

So far so good. I love how easy the App is to implement on my custom products. No other app on Shopify is as loaded as this one. Super impressed, and will likely install a few other BOLD apps, because of my experience with Product Options.

Does everything I need and the support is brilliant. Bold modified my store code and continue to help me when I have questions or need to make changes.
