The template we are using is not so simple to integrate with this sort of plugin but the team was very knowledgable and attentive to our inquiries and needs.

Outstanding customer service! I love that I can email them with my problem and the reply is "done. we took care of everything." Having a team that can take a problem off my plate & handle it without causing me a headache and more down time is worth everything

I cannot praise highly enough the quality and expression of help I received from Lawrence and the team at Bold. They were thorough in enacting what was needed and offered advice and continuous support throughout the process of development and getting my store open. They are quick to respond and get the job done and do a fine job following up and checking in. Awesome job gang (and Lawrence, a very heartfelt puppy thanks to you!). I'm a fan. Hoopla!

I installed this app excited to add additional custom options to our store. I was disappointed at first because the options did not match well with my store's theme. I was also frustrated with working with their chat customer service. I was asking them to help me figure out how to change the look of the options to match my theme. The person I was chatting with was not very helpful and kept referring me to change the display settings. Thankfully they referred me to someone else, David, who had more knowledge about fixing the cosmetic issue of having the options match my website. Thank you, David, for helping me, I am now very happy that the options look more seamless with the branding and look of our online store. -Update Priyanka was very helpful and answered my requests very quickly and accurately.

This app is absolutely amazing. If I could give this a 10-star review, I would. It works exactly as described, and the Bold support team is fantastic. They were more than happy to help me with adding code to a third-party theme to support this app, and also with styling it to match my theme. If you're reading this review, and are on the fence as to whether you get the app or not -- then trust me when I say that this is the best app of its kind on the Shopify App Store. With a 30-day free trial, you have nothing to lose by adding this app and seeing if it will work for your business. Bold apps - in general - are great, but this might be their best app yet! The App allowed us to elegantly implement a quite complicated Ordering process easily, with very little associated development cost. When we had an (unrelated) problem with the website, Deelan resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed with the speed and level of service provided. Rob Mackenzie

We´re running a relatively advanced web shop, and this app is one of the most fundamental and important apps we have. We had a few issues at first, but the support has always fixed our problems very quickly. It´s been almost a year since we installed this app, and we can strongly recommend this one!
