SC Product Options

This app is amazing. If you don't believe me check out this product on my site: http://www.shoptadpole.com/products/monte-design-joya-rocker It has 608 variants that Product Options handles with ease. It has 3 pulldowns, and within each pulldown there are price variations. It handles the calculations perfectly while letting the customer know in real time what the additional costs are going to be. We have 7 or 8 such complex products on our site, including this one with more than 2,700 variants http://www.shoptadpole.com/products/monte-design-luca-glider and Product Options has dealt with them all. One thing to keep in mind: Product Options doesn't create the same kind of variant IDs as ones created natively in Shopify, so if you use any apps that call on variant IDs (like Gift Reggie, for example) they don't know how to handle the different selections and will only recognize the default variant. The developer at Gift Reggie is working on a solution, and I'm sure there are solutions for other such apps, but just be aware that you will probably need to involve a good developer to handle those situations. Still, I can't say enough about this app. Don't let Shopify's 100 variant limit scare you, you can pretty much do whatever you want with Product Options.

Love this site. The App does everything you could hope and more. The customer service is friendly and fast and they try their best to spell everything out for people who are pretty clueless on how to begin. I recommend the video tutorial, it's very helpful. Having such tailored, customized options for my customers makes me feel like a professional. Changes are easy, I should know, I've changed my mind several times for the options I want to offer and this App makes it painless. Thanks guys--awesome work!

I'm giving the Product Options App Five Stars for having excellent customer service and response so far. I'm still in the installation phase and will update the review again shortly. Options are something I wish would have been built into shopify instead of variants in the first place but since it wasn't, I'm glad Bold Apps gave us an alternative. The price is $19.99 a month for the option with price variants which I need. Installation is tricky because you have to edit liquid code on 5+ different pages. It is hard to expert level. Instead, just pay the $50 and have them do it for you. Don't risk messing up your store and doing it yourself. I'm still in the process of installing the app and will update it again. But five stars so far for the excellent customer support. Thanks Jay.

Love this App! Their customer support is first rate. They are quick to help and do an excellent job. I'd recommend this app simply thanks to the excellent customer support, but also because its a great addition to any store. It makes adding options to your products much simpler.

This app is an absolute lifesaver. I had no idea how I was going to use the other product customization application to set pricing based on the various custom options that our products offer include. With more than 1,000 products with customization options, I was dreading my decision to get in this niche. It has literally saved me 40 hours of time already. Strongly recommend this app to every store owner. It's a must-have to us.

Exactly what we needed for our store--the file upload option is a huge help, and any issue or change we've needed to make, we've received excellent customer service from the Bold team. Without these guys, I don't know what we would have done! An awesome product.

We LOVE this app, I needed to add functionality to my site and initially got quotes from developers to create something bespoke which were coming in at hundreds of pounds. Then I found this app and bingo, all the functionality I needed and more for £6 per month, I couldn't be happier!

Without this software I wouldn't be able to make my shop a reality. A massive thank you to the bold team for helping me to install this software and it works great. Anyone looking to expand the product options for your store then use this product well worth the money. I will be back for more products from Bold, once again a big thank you. ;-)

Due to the nature of our product option and variants this is the only way that we could have made it work. The app is powerful in giving you unlimited drop down's and variant options not available on the regular shopify yet it's incredibly easy to use. The premium features allows access to the conditional logic, this again is an incredible feature that we are using on our entire store and makes it for a more pleasant shopping experience. We seriously were thinking of closing our store down cause we couldn't find any better way to display our products with all it's endless variation and options. This app gave us a way. We ran into a few small hiccups during the installation process for our theme, but was quickly resolved through their excellent customer service. So stop reading and get this app worth it. Future feature request: It would be nice if some of the option can be linked to a specific product image.
