This is a great app! It is really robust for supporting tons of option types, and looks really slick. Much better than other similar apps I've tested. MC was super helpful with some design edits to make the buttons match the rest of the buttons in my shop. Really quick response time and great support team! :)

Great app and great Support Team! Product Options gave us the capacity to design unlimited product variants with unique styling features. The swatches were outstanding. Could add different prices to product variants. Their Support Team is exceptional. They stick with you until you're satisfied. A special kudos to Wally of the Support Team. Highly recommend this app for Store Owners seeking more flexibility with product variants.

Excellent app to add options to products - very easy to use - you can add/modify options in minutes - supports all necessary widgets to select options and gather information about product configuration. It took us a while to tailor it to our needs because it requires a bit of programming to be customized - that was not a problem though since Bold has absolutely outstanding product support. I want to specifically mention Shubhneet, MC, Julian, Henrique, and Alexa for being very competent, helpful, prompt, and especially very patient with all our requests for customization. It is a real pleasure working with them.

If you are looking to add options to products and Shopify's native variant functionality isn't enough for your needs, look no further. This app is perfect for giving customers the ability to add options and/or customize products. And Bold's tech support is exceptionally good! I had technical problem and Lawrence traced the issue to my theme. I've gotten used to developers throwing up their hands when another developer's code causes an issue. But Lawrence didn't. He took it upon himself to correspond directly with the theme developer and fix the issue. The world would be a better place with more tech support people with Lawrence's character. Thank you Lawrence! This app is an easy one to recommend.

These guys go the extra mile with regard to support. Above and beyond! Excellent! ORIGINAL REVIEW I inherited the old website when I joined the company and my greatest goal was to rebuild it as it was soooo dated. We are a sports clothing company and have always offered a personalisation service so that our customers can add a name, a number, initials or a club badge or logo. It's very popular and that functionality needed to remain on the site. The legacy site had this functionality custom built on top of the Shopify platform and wasn't going to work if I changed the theme and structure of the site. Neither did I have the help of the programmer/s that had bespoke coded the options previously. So, I set out to find the best solution for the new site and found Bold Product Options which was by far the best app for the job. We have quite a few variations of personalisation and some fairly complicated sets of options. I also wanted it to be a good user experience and using Bold Product Options and the conditional rules that come with the Premium version, I was able to not only streamline the way the personalisation worked and make it a good user experience for but it looked good on screen too. I have had a very good experience with regard to support. I haven't needed too much help as I found Product Options very easy to setup and use 'out of the box'. Having said that any problems I have had have been promptly dealt with and the support staff are very friendly and quick to respond. I had one problem which was actually specific to the 3rd party theme I am using but the Bold guys were straight on it, immediately made a minor edit and solved the problem. I have used support on 5 or 6 occasions and can't fault it whatsoever. All Good! www.olorun-sports.com

Not only does the Bold App function great but the team at Bold helped me through every question and issue I had, even with other Apps! They responded promptly and were really professional! Highly recommend this app!

I had installed the Product Options app on a site a couple years ago and I hesitated to install it again as I remembered that there were several edits required to the liquid code. I thought I'd try it anyway - to my SURPRISE and DELIGHT I installed the latest version with one click - it's now automated! Amazing!! Using the Options app was very straightforward. I had one annoying issue with the Cart, and decided to reach out to see if the folks at Bold could save me some time trying to troubleshoot. Julian was quick to respond and quickly solved my issue. He went above and beyond when I mentioned an additional problem that may or may not have been related to the Bold integration. He was very professional and easy to correspond with, and I am very pleased with how the app is working. I feel confident moving forward as I know they have a solid team behind their app(s) should I ever need help!

I am new to Shopify and needed the customization options for our products and after being with Bold' s Product Options App, I know we will work together for a long time! I had some trouble with my shopping cart and reached out to them to get help and they were amazing! Going above my expectations to help us get our sales up and online all of this happening during Black Friday and Cyber Monday so thank you and special shout out to the dream workers MC, Julian and Danni ( I couldn't have done done this without your hard work.). I can't thank them enough for helping us out and I know I can reach out to them and get the support we need without having to wait multiple days without a response. Thank you customer service and the support team!

Amazing app! Customer support was top-notch. Our theme required a lot of customization for 'Product Options' to successfully work. It was executed by Tyson in a very professional way. Very happy with the app. Highly recommend.

Best APP Ever. I could not imagine running my store without this app. "Product Options" has allowed us to have the flexibility to be able to upgrade our products and features on the fly. We are able to up-sell without putting pressure on the shopper. They up-sell themselves... and love it! Very easy set up and maintain. Thank you Bold for such a great product. Had to use customer service chat and Sarah took care of my issues very quickly. Wish every company was this friendly and responsive with their customers. Great service. Five Star.

Edited 2021: So almost 4 years later, I still use the service and the support still rock! Honestly, very simple to use! a lot of options are available. i've use the support and jordan and julian help me to resolve an issue which was not even due to bold options !! love those guys

I love this app! It just takes my store to the next level! Very easy to user, user-friendly and works like a charm. Most of all, the customer service from Julian is beyond awesome!! I've never encountered such superb customer service especially with a 3rd party app. Having fast and efficient response is what we busy store owners value most! Thank you soooo much Julian! I can't thank you enough and now I'm ready to launch my new line! I highly recommend Product Options! You won't regret it ;)
