Just beginning to use this App and so far it's great! The customer support is awesome! MC is so quick to respond to my questions and she patiently guides me through the steps! Thank you so much! :D

The product options app was not just helpful, it's the foundation that my business is built on. I sell customizable jewelry and almost every product needs 3-9 product options of different materials, sizes, chain lengths, etc. Obviously, Shopify variants couldn't support the full customizable options I needed, so I decided to give Product Options by Bold a try. Since the beginning, it's been easy to use, worked flawlessly, and been extremely powerful. With different swatches, I'm able to show my customers a sample of what precious metal they want and have the price adjusted for each option. Being able to apply that variant to a certain collection or all my products has saved me a ton of time and headaches, and this app truly is by far the most important factor to my business. I am about as good at coding as my grandma is at using a computer, so when it came to simple things like adjusting the product options in the cart I was already lost. I contacted the Bold support team multiple times about needing help, and I never had to wait more than three minutes to hear a friendly and helpful response back. They were able to adjust what I wanted and were always pleasant despite my grandma coding knowledge. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received from an app, or anywhere else.

The boys (and gals) at Bold get the job done! Having recently updated my Shopify store theme, I ran into issues with our product options app. Unbeknownst to me, I did not know changing the store theme would be such a task. Having also launched a regional tv ad to promote our business we submitted an urgent request for assistance and their support team did not disappoint. Shout-out to PAUL & COLE for stepping up and knocking our issues out of the park! Smoke'em if you got'em... Thanks

Absolutely mission critical application - The only thing better than the application is the outstanding support Bold provides. Especially that Paul guy, he's particularly good.

Hands down the best options app on Shopify that I have come across. The system is extremely user friendly. I am by no means a tech savvy person and was able to get this app to do exactly what I needed it to. The support staff was also extremely helpful. Thanks Bold!

Really amazing product support. I was impressed all the way from working with James to understand my initial needs to working with the specialized support person on Product Options (Danni). The Bold team went above and beyond my expectations with getting some issues resolved and some custom coding work done. Super impressed with the customer service from Bold!!!!! Thank you!

The product and the support we received is beyond unbelievable. MC deserves a promotion. The amount of time she put into our requests was second to none. She went beyond the standard call of support to explain, fix, and teach, so we can fix our own issues in the future. I'd give 1000/5 if I could. MC is awesome, thanks a million.

This app has all the features needed if you sell personalized or custom items! Had some issues getting it running smoothly on my particular theme, but Paul reached out and made sure everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Great customer service and great app --- THANK YOU!

The Bold App has allowed us to increase the variant options on the products we sell which has been wonderful. Support is great and one of their experts spent time with us on the phone helping us walk through the set up.

My shop is now more simple than ever. Easy product options for my customers means less customer support emails that I have to handle. Bold even helped me out by inputting some code because I have a complicated theme. Thanks Bold!

Over 95% of our business is made-to-order, with the customer driving one-of-kind designs based on their military service and accomplishments. Not only can they configure our pottery to display the unit(s) where they served, but they can order extensive personalization with our hand engraving services. We need to catch up to 7 lines of text, charge for each line, and allow for adding multiple logos on a beer or coffee mug. Bold's Product Options allows us to be create groups of options and logics which correspond to different types of military service in different military units. We only have to display those logos or insignia that are relevant to our customer. Additionally, the customer feels like they can design and build a precise celebration of their service. This has been a massive win for both Potter's Fire and our customers. With Bold's Product Options App we have been able to raise our average sale by more than 30%. Our conversion rate has increased by more than 80%, and customer satisfaction with the purchase process has soared. This App may not have the graphical WYSIWYG interface, but it performs, sells, and simplifies an otherwise complex buying process. In addition it has reduced the number of variants we use to create by more than 85%. More product comes to market more quickly and converts to revenue at a higher rate, what's wrong with that? Beyond the functionality, the APP is supported by a fine group of extremely responsive professionals. When I have a request, they respond quickly, efficiently, and send me email updates along the way. Their website sports a service request tracking system that helps you to keep track of issues, conversations with the technical staff, and the ultimate resolution. Plus, you can chat realtime with a technical support rep there too. This one's a keeper for us, Potter's Fire will continue to use, deploy, and stretch the capabilities of Product Options for some time to come... Cheers!

I LEGIT COULD NOT RUN MY STORE WITHOUT THIS APP!!!! I run a customizable store so I rely on options for over half of my inventory. Using their app I was able to build a great site ( I get great feedback on it), and their customer service is super committed and fast ( I only ever had to use it twice. thanks, warren!!!!). Please don't ever get rid of this app!!!
