This app is very user friendly and a great asset to any business that needs more than 2 variants with all product in store. The customer service is excellent and provide super fast response to inquiries and upgrades. Defiantly one of the best apps for product options on the market.

This app is awesome and does exactly what I needed it to do for my options for my website. MC with customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing to use multiple options for their products.

I've been using BOLD product options for over 6 years. It's an integral part of running our personalized anniversary gifts business. We have very complex options and tons of different products that include if/then conditional logic. It is ALL possible with this app! Honestly if it weren't for this app, I'd probably have to pay thousands to get a custom website developed, and would dread that. The customer service is superb. I have contacted them over 25 times over the years and they are very helpful. Most recently, the agent over live chat fixed 2 custom code tweaks for me in less than 10 mins!

INITIAL REVIEW: So far so good; I haven't seen anything else like this available for Shopify, and having a good options platform was key to me switching over to Shopify from my previous e-commerce platform. Using this app can get a bit tricky in setting up multiple options with conditional logic, but that's not necessarily a fault of the app. Time will tell if I can get my head around everything possible with this feature-rich app. - - - - - UPDATED, ONE YEAR LATER: This is the greatest app ever, and is helping our customers immensely to customize their guitar parts at our shop. We offer so many options, and it is important to us to have a clean interface. It has been a huge battle, but using conditional logic we have been able to set up a system which accomplishes what we need. In addition, the customer support by Bold has been top notch. In particular, the support staff members Shubhneet and Henrique really helped us dial everything in when we thought it was going to be too complicated, or not look right with our store. They worked the magic and got us going again. Three cheers for this app and the team behind its development, as well as the support team.

This app is amazing. If you don't believe me check out this product on my site: http://www.shoptadpole.com/products/monte-design-joya-rocker It has 608 variants that Product Options handles with ease. It has 3 pulldowns, and within each pulldown there are price variations. It handles the calculations perfectly while letting the customer know in real time what the additional costs are going to be. We have 7 or 8 such complex products on our site, including this one with more than 2,700 variants http://www.shoptadpole.com/products/monte-design-luca-glider and Product Options has dealt with them all. One thing to keep in mind: Product Options doesn't create the same kind of variant IDs as ones created natively in Shopify, so if you use any apps that call on variant IDs (like Gift Reggie, for example) they don't know how to handle the different selections and will only recognize the default variant. The developer at Gift Reggie is working on a solution, and I'm sure there are solutions for other such apps, but just be aware that you will probably need to involve a good developer to handle those situations. Still, I can't say enough about this app. Don't let Shopify's 100 variant limit scare you, you can pretty much do whatever you want with Product Options.

We are using the Product Option from Bold at our new website. It is a great App to give you the liberty to create options to sell products!!! Very easy to manage and to create all options needed. The only downturn is that there is no way to control inventory with sizes available per product... Other than that it is great! I am sure it will be very helpful for lot of websites!

Love this site. The App does everything you could hope and more. The customer service is friendly and fast and they try their best to spell everything out for people who are pretty clueless on how to begin. I recommend the video tutorial, it's very helpful. Having such tailored, customized options for my customers makes me feel like a professional. Changes are easy, I should know, I've changed my mind several times for the options I want to offer and this App makes it painless. Thanks guys--awesome work!

Our products require more options that Shopify is constructed to deal with natively so we were forced to find a solution elsewhere. After doing some research we settled on the Product Options app and it has been just what we needed. We've been able to give our customers the variety that they wanted and increase our functionality. Now that conditional logic has been added we're excited to take advantage of it and streamline our inventory even more.

I'm giving the Product Options App Five Stars for having excellent customer service and response so far. I'm still in the installation phase and will update the review again shortly. Options are something I wish would have been built into shopify instead of variants in the first place but since it wasn't, I'm glad Bold Apps gave us an alternative. The price is $19.99 a month for the option with price variants which I need. Installation is tricky because you have to edit liquid code on 5+ different pages. It is hard to expert level. Instead, just pay the $50 and have them do it for you. Don't risk messing up your store and doing it yourself. I'm still in the process of installing the app and will update it again. But five stars so far for the excellent customer support. Thanks Jay.
