" MC " was fantastic! She showed me the link of where to add the option i was looking for. Since I'm a bit of a newb, she logged into our site for us, and fixed it all up. Thank you so much! We own about 15 other e-commerce stores, and will definitely keep using and recommending BOLD apps!

The bold support team is AMAZING! I had just a couple tiny tech questions about integrating with my template and they were a huge help. They hopped right on and fixed the issue for me. They answered any questions I had and were super fast. I couldn't believe it! Thank you guys so much for making my store awesome :)

Had a small issue when I change Shopify Theme. Bold support was very fast in thier respons and took action and they solved my problems in a very short time. All my data and my very complex Conditional Logics is retained ;-) I'm absolutely thrilled about Bold Commerce and can only recommend them with five stars.

Our experience with Bold apps has been EXCELLENT so far! We are using a combination of 5 Bold apps and the complexity has been an issue on my team but with the hand-holding from the Bold Experts like Tamer, David, Dan, Victoria and others we are achieving the results we sought out! Awesome app and what can I say about the customer service, totally AMAZING. An issue presented itself and in less than 48 hours it had been solved with the help of Alexa and Danni Zhang, and I know diddly squat about programming. Awesome, great totally better than the other apps. the other apps just aren't up to par, or the customer service. THANKS!!!

Great and necessary app for so many reasons. Would suggest paying for installation as it can be fairly confusing and they have great support for any fixes.

Thank you Bold Friends!! I was so excited to find that the Options app could do what I needed to do with additional customizable options - each with its own associated price! When I encountered challenges with the Installation - Bold was helpful, polite, and resolved all issues in less than a few hours time - If the need arises for another Bold product - I will not hesitate - these folks know what they are doing and how to treat their customers!!!! Thank you so much Bold!!

Love Product Options by Bold! We're just scratching the surface in terms of using all of the functionality, but definitely recommend it. Our customers love having the option to customize our products.

Great app :-) Works perfect with my shop. Right now I only use it as "gift wrap" option, but I will use it to offer my customers custom settings on a product.

This is perfect. I sell jewelry. Some are necklaces and chain that come in different lengths or rings in different sizes. It's a much needed app for my store.

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!
