Great addition! This is a feature that should be baked into Shopify but im glad BOLD Apps stepped up. Makes it somewhat easy to add more complicated custom orders (after a bit of a learning curve) Support has been very prompt, although i had to resort to using their Installation Service to get it working on my theme. Not too pricey however. Their custom builder application is what i might look to in the future. Good job.

Awesome App! Shopify should buy this from you and make it a standard on their templates! I wish I could have used this when I opened my store!

This is my first Shopify App Review and I have to say Product Options is a the number one app for my site. I have been using it now for approximately 8-9 weeks. Most of my products are made-to-order with a lot of personalised products, and this app makes it easy for my customers, and looks good doing it. Bolds customer service was fast & faultless! I had their apps team install Product Options for me, and they had the app installed and working perfectly within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app & Bold, and i will also be upgrading to the Premium version very soon, as i think it could help me with individual shipping services & pricing. Thanks!

Bold is simply the best at everything they do! They integrated their app with my theme in a weeks time even though the first review on the app store said it couldn't be done. I highly highly highly recommend the quality people and services Bold has to offer!

I have to say that this company has the BEST customer service...and I mean the BEST!!! They have been very willing to help walk me through steps to getting my options uploaded onto my site each time I have called. I emailed a request to change something and it was done almost immediately after I sent the email.Their email communication is also amazing! So far, the options app is working out great for our website and I look forward to adding more of the features it enables us to use. I highly recommend both this app and the company! I would highly recommend any of the Bold Apps Products! Instruction were very clear, the App did everything it said it would and the connection to my Shopify Theme was a smooth transition. When I had a question the support I received was friendly and quick to respond. I would not think twice about using any of the products that this team of experts have put together. I just had the most amazing experience with Michael at support. I was trying to do some fancy nested conditional logic and it wasn't working. He actually took the time to do it for me and stuck around until it was working. He also helped with 2 other issues I was having. In general I've been able to do everything I want with this app, it's really powerful. I wish the app supported adding pictures to each option, that's an extra $900 one time customization. But other than that i'm thrilled with the app and not going back.

This is a very effective tool for adding options and variants that don't require pricing. It addresses a severe limitation in Shopify's product structure.

This app does everything I need with product options. The real stand out is the support. Michael was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us get the app working the way we wanted it. Could not offer enough praise and will definitely be considering their other apps in future.

Holly was really helpful and responsive to all of my issues, even when a secondary issue came up she didn't push back through the process of going through the support line. She took care of the new situation immediately, and it is very reassuring to have support that will take care of your issues.

Extremely useful app to integrate in your Shopify shop. I'm currently using it for my store to personalize different items. Now I have the option to let my customers choose certain things. Great app! If you want your products to have different options (size, color,...) this is the one.

This app is exactly what we needed. The team at Bold were so helpful - I did needed to contact the support team for some advice, the response came quickly and solved my issue We are not web developers so we needed something very simple and thats what we got! All my products on my website need to be personalised and this app does the job. I would be happy to recommend this app.

It took a little tweeking but n the end everything is working as planned. Our cannabidiol options were pretty vast and so it was necessary to implement some kind of options app. Customer support was friendly and responsive..great overall!
