We use this with all of our teddy bear gifts Hugs Boxes because all of these have the exact same options - ready-made gift messages, custom gift messages, and signature fields. Using Product Options enabled us to easily roll-out these options across all products - instantly! Plus, their support has been top-notch! Great work! -The Serious Teddy Bear Company

I am SO grateful for Product Options - this app is a lifesaver for me! I can now quickly and easily update options across product types in a matter of minutes, which used to take me hours and hours of manual drudgery. And I'm super grateful for the great service from boldapps (formerly shappify). They made it amazingly easy for me, doing the behind the scenes coding. This app is definitely a must for any shopify store with multiple product options! Thank you boldapp!

This app is fantastic. It literally will save me thousands of SKU's, because I have lots of colors of each item, and only a few prices. Therefore, I'm not having to have an individual SKU for each color + item (and I don't need them for inventory). On top of that huge benefit, it is very quick and easy for me to change the product options, something which was impossible without clicking through and modifying every single entry in Shopify. The customer service was also awesome, they promptly fixed my installation issue (which was caused by my inept coding, not them). The only thing I really wish was that it could somehow be connected to the images, so each option came up with a different pic.

Absolutely love this app. Was pretty much forced to try it due to shopify's ridiculous variants that equal 1 product. But this app fixes that issue.

I am stunned with the customer service of Shappify. The way I wanted to use this app is a bit different (and I thought impossible) to accomplish, so I uninstalled it. I then got a personal email from James, and he asked me why I uninstalled. I explained it to him, and he proceeded to spend OVER THREE HOURS OF HIS TIME fixing my product.liquid page so that it could handle the functionality I wanted from this app. He went WAY OVER AND BEYOND my wildest expectations of customer service, staying over 30 minutes after he was supposed to get off from work. A++++ Shappify has my business for life.

Great app! The app does what it is supposed to and it works great with my shop. The support team is professional and they handle you just great! Big ups! I will most defiantly recommend this app to your store ;)

Updating: 10/3/18 Since I wrote my original review (below) in 2014 I've had the occasion to reach out to Bold for support. Today, I needed some help and was lucky enough to get Rifat on chat from the Bold Customer Success Team. I hope his manager knows what a gem he is! Rifat is the best example of someone who delivers a great customer experience. I could tell he cared about solving my problem. Bold cares enough about their customers to hire great people like Rifat, which is why I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend them to others! -------------------------- THANK YOU !! ----------------------- The app is great! The time saving is beyond awesome! Makes it so much easier to get everything loaded and most importantly easy for my customers to order. The customer service that they provide is awesome!! This application made our shop possible. Configuration was a snap and support was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Was able to easily extend the solution with some custom jQuery to handle complex field validation and behaviors based upon selected values. Would recommend to anyone looking to add customization to their product line.

The Product Option App was the perfect solution to my problem. I wanted to know how people heard about our special offer, but only on certain products. And, I wanted to make this field mandatory. This App worked beautifully. The service I received from Shappify was amazing. I submitted my request over the Easter long-weekend and the work was completed early Monday afternoon. Thanks Shappify for solving my problems.

The Product Options app is a must. It functions like it should and we wouldn't be able to run our store without it. I highly recommend it to those who need to collect a little more info about their clients' needs as they're checking out. Also, Shappify's support team is great. Great app, great support. What more could you want?

Product options is amazing. We have used this app for many years even before shop circle took it over. I can say since shop circle has taken over it has only gotten better. Their online chat is great for immediate attention and even when you need more support their tech staff is amazing. They are always helpful and accomplish what we need done and in a timely manner. Recent issue we had… shopify said it was the themes fault… theme developer said it was the apps fault… shop circle was not at fault but they worked to help resolve the issue. 5 star app and company.
