Awesome support folks!!I tried alot of apps to customize. Hands down in my opinion, this is the best in terms of support. Shamsuddin rocks the support! He has helped me with some difficult things and always polite and nice, very patient. Thanks Zepto and Shamsuddin, you made my decision easier!

Awesome Technical Support, i really recommend this app because if you have problems with the position of the Zepto App in your template, they can solve it and fast.

Tried a lot of personalize / customize apps but this one has all for a decent price. They are working to get the design even better and if my customers are able to move their logo themselves I would give six stars. Support is great and fast!

While the app itself has had a number of oddities and issues that seems to sprawl out of nowhere after working fine for weeks and months, the support received from their team has been excellent. Since no product is perfect, at the end of the day having great technical support is what makes the difference.

Zepto has been quick to respond to me and very helpful in every way. Their Product works great and is easy to use. This is my response below to them the other day when they helped me duplicate my Product Personalizer onto another website. Y'all have been great with customer service, and response times. I really appreciate this! It has saved me soooooooooo much time in not having to recreate this personalizer. We are very thankful and happy.

This application is a 10 out of 10. I was running against a problem on my website for the last 1,5 month. All this time I thought it was because of the Zepto Product Personalizer and was in contact with them daily. Eventually, after doing a lot of investigation and many support we came to the conclusion this was because of another app that we didn't thought of all this time. Guys, Al Amin and Shahariare, I'm really thankful for you guys supporting me with this issue. Because of you guys I was able to finally fix it. Beside of that, the app is really good and is worth every penny I've spend on it this far!

It's incredibly useful customization app! Some features are really unique. And the customer service is always there, responding fast and always helping a lot. They helped us with everything and it was a very satisfying. We strongly recommend it to everyone!

Customer service is fantastic. If I have a question about how to do something, they know exactly how to achieve it. We started using this app very basically, but have realized it can be integrated into our site much deeper with stronger functionality than we originally realized.

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues.

I have tried all the top customizers with not much support until I found this one Zepto Product Personaliser. Price is so much cheaper. I particularly love the way the customisation shows up in checkout page like others didn't and also be added to any any variants. Also I asked for support and they came back within minutes and messaged back as quick as I could send them. Al Amin Khan, is so helpful, they didn't have any instructional video that would solve my issue getting started. Al Amin Khan actually made a video on Loom for same day showing exactly what I needed to do. Works perfect. Thanks again for going up and above. Highly recommend, seriously!

I love Zepto and the support team are amazing. I created a second site and asked them to copy all of the personalisations across. They did this perfectly within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app.
