Takes a minute to understand how to use it. The chat is very helpful, and you may need it. It's not very user friendly, but after awhile you get it. Wish it was a bit more user friendly. Feels like you have to have at least some expertise in developing to use.

We are really enjoying the Zepto personalizer so far and after a bit of a learning curve to understand the functionality, it seems like it will provide the perfect solution for product customization for our store. The whole dev team is incredibly helpful and patient while explaining the functionality and essentially training me on how to use it. They provided walk-throughs, explanations to specific questions, and even some videos to help me along the way. A big thanks to Muhtasim, Sakib, Musabbir, Rakib, and the whole team!
