I had Nazirul as my support person, and honestly, he was amazing. He was so patient and really took the time to walk me through everything step by step. The team got back to me quickly, sent over videos, and made sure I understood what to do. What I really appreciated was that Nazirul didn’t just fix things for me—he also showed me how I could handle some of the smaller fixes myself. And when it came to the bigger issue, he jumped right in and got it resolved. The app itself is also great—super easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. But what really stands out for me is the customer support. Not every app has this kind of care behind it, and that honestly makes all the difference. It feels like they truly want you to succeed.

I have tried several other apps, but this one has worked the very best for me, plus the Customer Support is exceptional. You know when it's late and you are tired and stuck, it is SO nice to be able to get a quick answer to your questions. This app does things I didn't even realize I would need like BULK EDIT when I wanted to change a setting for 82 listings. I did this in minutes with a click. This is a time saver and is SO easy once you get the hang of it, and it didn't take me long, especially with the excellent customer service offered. I highly recommend this app! Sakib offers awesome support!

The customer service is outstanding. I have no idea what I'm doing, and this guy walked me through everything, step by step. He didn't even act frustrated. Unreal! He even made a video for me to show me EXACTLY what to do. Really lovely!

Die APP funktioniert prima. Wir hatten nach einem Update von Shopify ein Problem mit der Reihenfolge der Darstellung. Wurde promt und richtig erledigt.

Very, very powerful personalizer! Takes a bit to figure it out, but once I got going, everything made sense. I haven't had to contact support yet, so not sure if they are responsive or not.
