As someone totally new to offering customizable products, I was a little intimidated at first — but Zepto made it so easy to get started. Their platform is intuitive, and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. The customer service team is amazing — incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful. I have been looking for an app like this for years Initially downloaded it and had a few tweaks and questions Musabbir was very very helpful on live chat helping in everyway he could Thanks so much! cant wait to get it rolling on all of our items

The best support I’ve ever received on Shopify. The Zepto team was incredibly fast, helpful, and clear. They explained every detail, even sent me custom videos, and helped me tailor the app exactly how I needed. I’m building a complex custom store, and their support made it possible.
