Nazirul, Muhtasim, and Shahariare have all been VERY helpful in answering my questions to make my custom product EXACTLY how I wanted it to look for my customers! Definitely recommend this app just because of the amazing customer service alone! Only reason for 4 stars is the original setup took some time.

So far the overall experience has been pretty good. Fairly easy to implement, and I was finally able to optimize a single test product, but I needed customer support to do so. It's not perfect but it will suffice for now. There are some areas where you have limited capabilities that I hope will addressed in the near future. Be mindful if you have an API connection that utilize existing fields. You are going to need developer help to sync the two. For the time being, I'm utilizing a preview field only and had the Zepto help to remove the add to cart button (quick fix). Regarding support, Muhtasim is my guy and he helped me through this initial stage and was prompt. So that's a big plus. I do recommend this app. Not 100% sure this will be our long-term fix but we will get mileage out of it for the near term.

I had difficulty with the checkout portion of this app and contacted the app developers via online chat and Shahariare Rahaman was super helpful and managed to fix the problem within a few minutes.

Thank you so much for customer support, they will actively help you with your problems when you ask them for help. The only thing I'm not happy with this plugin is that it affects my website speed.

Die App ist sehr hilfreich für alle personalisierbaren Produkte. Hier und da ist es vielleicht nicht ganz intuitiv aber der Kundenservice konnte mir bisher immer schnell weiterhelfen!

This really is a great app. I had a lot of issues after setting it up with items not updating properly in my cart vs checkout, but the support worked with me to get it all resolved. It did take a lot of back and forth, but not having to hire an outside developer was really nice and they made all the changes needed. This app is very versatile and eliminates the need for many other apps, so I suggest setting this app up before adding a bunch of others. It might just fill the need perfectly. Big thanks to the support (Al Amin Khan) for getting everything fixed.

We are just starting with this app so cannot give full marks yet but, although it is a little tricky to understand at first, we have found so far that it is quite versatile and does pretty much what we need (the ability for customers to be able to only upload images that we provide and/or change the size and position of their selected images would be a great additional feature to have). Only had a couple of issues so far and found the support team to be very fast and helpful (call out to Shahariare for his assistance here). Recommend on our experience so far.

I had some trouble using this app at first because there was a compatibility issue with my client's site. It did take quite a while to receive support initially, but after some time, the Product Personalizer support team was able to resolve the problem. I especially appreciate the support I received from their dev team and Al Amin Khan – they were super helpful! In general, this app is the best, most robust option for anyone who wants to sell personalized products. It has tons of options to fit pretty much any use case. So, as long as you have the patience to get it working, it's a great app!

I would love a little more flexibility on the personalizations, maybe manually placing the image within a delimited surface would come in very handy. The customer service was great, thanks for that.

good app and good support team ,, helps in customizing products and orders,, can be a bit tricky to learn in the beginning but once you know how to use it, it will be very easy and useful .. would definitely recommend

Functionally, the app is great! It is sometimes glitchy however. The personalization option disappears from time to time without warning and is not present when customers are trying to customize an item. Some customers are nice enough to let us know, but no telling how many customers have been lost over time due to these issues. It is completely random from item to item and does not seem to affect a particular platform. This issue affects desktop users over different browsers as well as iphone and android users but again, it is completely random in which items and platforms are affected. Other than this, the app is incredibly thorough in its design.

Please check your app now. There is no stability with your app. So how can our customers experience and buy?
Thanks for taking the time to review. Our server got attacked by DDOS repeatedly by some culprits. We had done what to be done. Due to the external attack of a huge spam load towards our server, they were able to slow down it for a couple of hours. They tried from multiple IPS. We have taken all technical measures suggested by the server team and finally detected all the IPS and block them by Cloudflare. Hope you understand our situation

Great App ! The bulk configuration is very efficient. It may be improved with import/export templates and with drag and drop text fields on the customization. Great support too.

We are trying to build website where people can customize their products and so far the app has been amazing and so it the support team. Will always get an answer in less than 24 hours and the app price is very reasonable too. Mr. Abdullah Al Numan was of a great help, love the app and the support team.
