I've been using this app for years and it's great! It's easy to customize to our needs and gives our customers the ability to see their items before their made, which gives them the confidence and excitement to purchase! The team is so responsive and helpful any time we have an issue, even on weekends and holidays, whenever the rare issue has popped up. Highly recommend! Following up to say that the team continues to be one of the most helpful app dev teams I have ever worked with! There is some limited functionality from time to time, but they always do their best to accommodate whatever we need.

We gebruiken deze app al meerdere jaren en zijn er nog steeds heel tevreden over. Onlangs wilde ik een kleine verbetering bewerkstelligen, maar kreeg het niet voor elkaar bij de instellingen. We kregen direct technische ondersteuning waar we heel dankbaar voor zijn.

Depuis très longtemps que je cherche à offrir la possibilité à nos clients de visualiser leur produit! J'ai enfin trouvé!!! Le service est exceptionnel et très réactif. Il est facile de parler à quelqu'un presque qu'en tout temps! Les gars sont ouverts aux commentaires et cherchent à améliorer leur service et trouvent des solutions. On sent qu'il veulent vraiment nous aider. L'application pourrait être un peu plus usefriendly mais une fois que l'on comprend ça va bien. Ça vaut la peine de s'investir à apprendre! I've been looking for a way to let our customers visualize their product for so long — and I finally found it!!! ------- The service is exceptional and super responsive. It's easy to get in touch with someone almost anytime! The team is open to feedback, always looking to improve, and quick to find solutions. You can really tell they genuinely want to help. The app could be a bit more user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it works great. Totally worth investing the time to learn!

We love using Zepto, so many options and variable that suite our store perfectly. We've used it on the theme "Dawn" and just recently switched to a paid theme called "Divine" and everything worked great through the switch. Fast support when a question was asked as well!

So far, I'm pretty impressed with all the possibilities, price and ease of use. I had a couple of issues, one related to another third party app that was causing problems with the cart and another one that was just a simple fix in my own settings. Each time though, I was helped within 24 hours.

Zepto have been very helpful in showing me how to use all of the tools to the best of my ability. The customer service is second to none, tailored and educational. I look forward to be to give my customers a little personalised touch of magic that I could not have done without Zepto. I also want to say a massive thank you to Muhtasim Mahir as he has been the greatest help to me and my customisation experience. Zepto have really helped me to deliver the best personalised customisation tools to my customers and without there help I do not know where my business would be.
